I gave a friend of mine a gift card. She used it to purchase a nice valentine gift.

J. C. Penny's is a great place to find tall sizes. And they've got a good selection of tall graphic t-shirts.

Needed a nice pair of slacks for an interview. Found exactly what I was looking for, tried them on, checked out all in about 30 minutes. Staff was awesome. Price was great.

Amazing!! The store manager helped me so much by allowing me in the store a little sooner than opening time to exchange some pants that I needed for a meeting!! The lady walked me straight to the pant I needed and I was out the door in minutes! They were a blessing to me this morning!! I made it to my business meeting with minutes to spare because of their customer service!!!

The staff at this store are awesome! Worked with Ken to purchase a new water and dryer set. He was very patient and knowledgeable to answer all of my questions and concerns. Also spoke with Carrie and she was the same. They had a wide variety of product to meet my needs and you can't beat their prices. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for appliances and don't forget to ask for Ken!

Went in Monday, 1/18/2021, to buy moisturizer for me,
and perfume for a birthday gift The young lady that was working (did not see any other workers) was very helpful. She showed me 2 or 3 different brands of moisturizers and was very knowledgeable about the products. She informed me about how many points that I have, and what I could redeem.
I did not get the young lady name, Wish that I would have gotten it, so I could add it to my comments, and thank her again.

I love "Penny's" I mean whenever there is any type of occasion I can get something for every family member from the tallest to the youngest who is a plus size pre teen to wear! Bare in mind the tallest is 6'8! You need towels, drapes, a mixer, boots, shoes, a ring, prom dress, church dress, funeral dress, date dress, or a club dress THEY HAVE IT.

Love looking for bargains at this store. Workers are friendly. Sometimes the corporation is slow marking down their non seasonal clothes. Overall they have great bargains.

Went to ULTA and had the worst customer service, they looked at me as if asking a question was a pain and as if i was bothering them. Went to JC Penney and immediately was greeted with a smile and wanting to help. It’s been almost an hour since i left and I’m still going on about the great customer service I received, I wish I had gotten the girls name.
She was AMAZING.

Good selection, good customer service and I like that it is still a retail location you can actually go to and touch the product before you buy. They have good and named brand products.

Nice clean Store got in and out quick and had everything I was needing. Employees were very helpful.

I've read news articles on the decline of many retail brands, including JC Penny, showing images of rundown/poorly stocked stores. This JC Penny location is definitely an exception; it seems to be very well-run. The store is clean, organized, and has good inventory. They've done a good job of keeping this store on point and competitive. It's a stark contrast to the Sears store located in the same mall.

As always there dresses for the season is beautiful. Got my mom fixed up and ready for our big event!!!

Theatre was not crowded. Great to get to see an uplifting movie in a theatre again. The Girl Who Believes in Miracles was excellent!

This is a great store to shop for high quality items that will last however checkout is a little hard because of the amount of people shopping there still worth the wait

I like this store it's very neat clean and organized the staff is very helpful and friendly and every all the staff had a mask on you get high-quality clothes for decent prices
