I love this place. I've been a regular client for over 5 years and they never disappoint! Most of the time, I use them to send arrangements to friends & family. I always let their designers choose for me because they have incredible taste (way better than mine). I always feel like they want to make sure I am happy with the product.

Occasionally, I'll stop by the store to buy fresh flowers. Their prices are the best I've seen in Miami & their flowers last about a week or so, depending on the flower. Once, I received a bad batch of Roses & called the store the next day. I had e-mailed them a picture of the Roses, which seemed to be sick. They were so nice and accommodating! They switched them out for me right away and I was able to enjoy my new Roses for another 8 days (lucky me!).

Their stores always smell delicious and are filled with the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. Their designs are so artistic and not like the usual arrangements one finds in the area. They also always consider my budget when I'm making an order, which I love. I've told all of my friends and they always thank me for introducing them to this wonderful store.

I used Flowers + Services for my daughter's baby shower.

I had a very specific color palette and arrangement I wanted them to replicate, and they did a great job!

I worked with one of their designers, Idalina, who was very helpful and made great suggestions on how to make our arrangements look like what we envisioned (we had a photograph we used to serve as guidance).

They delivered on time, the arrangements were beautiful and all the guests wanted to take the arrangements home!

Also, their prices are very competitive - I had shopped around extensively.

My mother is a 25+ years retired flower designer and for mother’s day I wanted to send her something special. I chose a beautiful arrangement online. I have ordered from different flower shops in the past and I expected the arrangement at most to be similar to the image but not as extravagant. To my surprise, the arrangement absolutely exceeded my expectations and my mother was beyond excited. The arrangement was beautifully put together, the flowers were fresh and the attention to detail was undeniable. I will absolutely order from here again and will highly recommend to everyone I know!! I ordered a welcome baby arrangement for my friends and they delivered on time! Everything looked just like it did in the pictures. They pay attention to detail and price is fair and just, compared to other florists !! 100% RECOMMENDED!

I came in looking for roses for my daughter’s wedding bc I heard about the great rose deal they offer. I absolutely fell I love with all of the beautiful flowers & plants they offered. Service was excellent- Juan assisted me & was very helpful and patient. I could tell while I was in there that had lots of regulars. I ended up with 8 arrangements that I put together myself ( I bought the glass vases in store as well!) I don’t even want to say how little I paid bc it was that inexpensive! The bride LOVED all of the arrangements as did all the guests. I even surprised myself that I was able to put together such beauties- but everything they offer made it all possible. The roses opened all the way up 2 days after the wedding and the smell was so divine. My daughter’s friend that was a guest at the wedding asked me for the name of the flower shop bc she wants to get her baby shower arrangements there! Her name’s Jocelyn & she’s 7 mos pregnant & she’ll be in soon! 🌸 🌺 🌹 ♥

i have been using this flower store for the past 10 years. i live out of state and rely on the staff to make and deliver beautiful arrangements. they have always delivered. each year the arrangements are stunning master pieces. if there ever is a glitch, their customer service is outstanding. for me there is NO other flower store in the area that i would go to.

FABULOUS flowers, excellent quality and terrific customer service. I bought my Christmas Eve flowers from Flowers & Services this year, and am extremely happy with them. I was scheduled to pick up my flowers the morning of Dec 24th; however, at around 9:15 am I received a call advising me that the Magnolia leaves had not arrived and that they were waiting for them — that if I didn’t mind picking up my order in the afternoon — which is what I did. When I picked up my order which consisted of: red roses, white small callas, green Cymbidium orchids, white Dendrobium orchids, Magnolia leaves, white Fuji mums, pine and two oasis. I was greeted with joy and subsequently was explained how to take care of my flowers from one of the staff members. I did everything this young man told me to do and the flowers — even three days after — are looking GREAT even better than the first day because they opened up beautifully!!! Thank you Flowers & Services for putting smiles on all of my family members...especially this year!

Great florist with amazing products. Fresh flowers and excellent customer service. Let you choose and guide you professionally as needed but don't try to oversell you or push you.to buy expensive flowers but allow you to select and guide you if you request. Also their flowers last a long time which means they are fresh. Great prices too !!

Flowers & Services has the best service in town. At the last minute of my 22nd wedding anniversary they deliver a beautiful set of 24 red roses to my house, My Wife loved it . Very good prices and awesome customer service. AAAAA+ Very recommended.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I liked what I saw in the store. They helped me pick something beautiful and I was very pleased with the price. My girlfriend was very happy with how fresh and beautiful her arrangement was. Thank you to the staff, will be coming back and highly recommend it.
