Publix Super Market at Fountains West

Today stopped in around 730 am got a few items one item i got was some chips..sign said buy one get one..so got 2 bags went to self checkout rand up noticed did not get promo do asked cashier Lindesy at shelf check out she smiled came to assist quick looked up my items noticed i had different size bag but same price as promo..i said i will go get correct item she said hold on minute later was honoring promo and i got the bag free . yes i was willing to swap out the bag but Lindsney her customer service on a 5 dollar bag of chips was worth me writing this reveiw..Stores need more employees like Lindnsey a bright smile and her care is why i shop at Publix on West road

They had some of the Hero specialty bread Seeded today and will check on my way back for the white zero carb bread. But listen, some are better than none. Available in the Deli/ bakery section. Only wish it had more shelf space to keep both breads and add their rolls . This was my son of a bread man diabetic dream.

Always a pleasure to shop for groceries and such at this location especially. And concerning a fellow named Josh in the meat department , he is not only very knowledgeable, but he goes over and above as an asset to the store. He is invaluable.

I had to pick up cupcakes that I ordered a few days prior. It was Christmas Eve morning, and surprisingly, the wait was not that long. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The service is always great!

The store is really neat and the staff is really helpful. I spent more time after closing but no one had any issues and patiently waited for me to complete the shopping

This is in deed what every holiday, or just because special occasion seen in Publix commercials. The staff, always friendly and willing to assist shoppers at every step, aisle, or section of the entire store. We not only shop here but this is our pharmacy. Love how the store is always clean, aisles and shelves are stocked and we can find great buys on the things we need and want, from week to week, to any and every visit.

Very nice publix smaller than other i have been to but you can find almost everything you need

I enjoy going to this publix super market. The employees are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The store is always clean, the shopping carts are easy the get. The only unfortunate thing is I haven't gotten the winning lottery ticket from there yet 🙂.
