Called them to request replacement screws for panini maker I got as a gift from my brother a year ago. I was told by Daniella that although the manufacturer didn't provide them with replacement screws, they would replace the unit with a new one as that model had some issues with the screws in the past. I was very impressed with how Daniella handled our request for parts and it was a real pleasure dealing with her. Many thanks to IMUSA, and especially to Daniella for the excellent service provided.

Our electric espresso maker was not functioning properly and I contacted customer service. Daniella replied promptly and after I sent the required documentation, she had a replacement sent to my house. This kind of customer service is rare these days. IMUSA stands behind their products!!

When are you going going to make CALDERO for Induction cook top ???

Very friendly Staff and quick. You can park overnight. They have a limit of 4 trucks and for IMUSA delivery, you have to check in on dock door #1 wait until they open the door at 07:00am, they don't have a office where you can check in or out.
