Let's start off this review with a bit of honesty. you are wasting your time if you call any other builder in Palm Beach county to build a custom home. All of them with the exception of synergy did not want to meet with us and only wanted to give us a ballpark price over the phone and then after deposits they would consider taking on our project.
From the very first person we spoke to Selma made us feel at home that this was the company we were going to go with. She took time to listen to what we wanted and even tried to make our custom house feasible. Even when we were met with setback restrictions and we had to redesign the house completely they made the process painless. Let me be forward with you if you want your house to look like the model then you are going to pay top dollar for it but what you are going to get in exchange is going to be beyond top quality. from the moment that we close on the construction loan we were assigned a builder from within their company his name was Bob.
Bob met with us before anything happened and went over the plan one last time even met us out at the property measured out where the house would be and confirmed that everything was exactly how we wanted it. you are in the process of building your own custom house please understand and you will thank me later that the process is full of surprises either on FPL's part or Palm Beach county building department. The entire team of synergy and Bob make it very transparent to understand what is going on. We have only had to call out for one warranty claim and it was for a garage door opener issue the house that they built for me my wife and my family is truly a forever home and everyone that visits our house can't compliment enough the quality and how well it is constructed. We truly can't praise this company enough!! Thanks for building our home!

I want to thank everyone at Synergy homes for our wonderful building experience. From the first time we walked in with our realtor Jennifer Mosebach we were welcomed in and helped right away by Mayra. We were lucky that they had the home model we wanted in our price range and they helped us throughout the entire process of picking out our finishes and our colors. I am a Realtor with 24 years in the business and I have had Synergy homes build several homes of my clients. I love working with Selma and her team at Synergy homes they build a great home that is very energy efficient. They are very well priced as well and the models they build have the bell and whistles that home buyers are looking for. My close friend Shawn who's house was built by Synergy Homes recommended their company when I told him I was looking to build a house. I'm really glad I took his advice because I went to most of the other builders in the nearby area and wasn't pleased with their customer service. I can't thank Synergy enough for their dedication and professionalism from start to finish! Mallory the sales rep. was very patient and informative when it came to every little detail of my build. It took over a month to finalize everything and I wasn't rushed or pressured once by their staff. The best part is, I was deployed overseas while the build started and finished but they were in contact with me throughout the whole process. There were some minor issues during the construction but I was able to contact them over the phone and their staff fixed everything immediately. Also, don't take their name for granted! The house is well constructed and super energy efficient. Overall I couldn't be happier and now I look forward to going home to my house after every deployment. Thanks again guys, you've been the greatest!

We were very happy with the entire build process with Synergy Homes..... and now post 1 year later, still very happy! The entire process was pretty seamless, great communication, stand up vetted contractors, and most importantly finished on schedule!! Even our HOA and neighbors were pleased with their workers and progress. They also use an app that’s very helpful throughout the process with photo updates, calendar of progress and easy communication with project managers. I found that helpful especially when you can’t be on property all the time to check in on things. Change orders were also easy and fair. They take pride in their work and you’ll get a quality built home! Our friends that started their home at the same time as ours was shocked by our progress and they didn’t finish until an entire year after us with many headaches with another builder...... thank you Synergy for the beautiful home!

Building with Synergy Homes in Loxahatchee, FL was nothing but a seamless and gratifying home building experience. From picking out finishes with Karen and Vivian to frequent updates from project manager, Jamie. I was always in the loop with updates and progress. The energy efficiency aspect of their homes is also a great feature. My home is my palace because of Synergy Homes. An exceptional building experience. 🏡 🏠

Not only did they build us a brand new, very efficient home at better than fair market value. They did it with haste and accuracy. They made every step of the process easy and fulfilled every expectation.

Great company to build your home. Jamie Garitson our Superintendent kept us informed throughout the process, even taking my calls several times a day. I can’t say enough good things about him. If I were to do it again I would have Synergy build us another home.

Synergy Homes Review

I have written previously about our family’s wonderful experience with Synergy Homes, but now that we are in our new home I wanted to follow up with our total experience.

My wife and I have built many new houses, even one where I was the general contractor. None of our previous experiences come close to our Synergy Home.

We were assigned Damon Schmidt as the project manager for our build. Damon was an amazing resource for us, he kept us informed of the project (you know how stressful building can be) and was our wonderful advocate into Synergy Corporate and various vendors.

When we met Damon to do the final walk through for our punch out list, everything was complete nothing to be fixed, never has that happened in our past experiences. AMAZING !!! Thanks Damon!

It does not end there, as typical there was a time crunch towards the end of our build process, Damon did everything in his power to get us to completion, again AMAZING !!!

And yet it still continues, we needed to close ASAP because we were living at a motel. When we found out title work was not ready once again Damon came to our rescue. Damon knew we needed to move in, so to solve the problem, he contacted Michael Fox his direct manager (Above and beyond). Damon explained our situation to Michael and they worked out a plan to get us into the home, SUPER AMAZING !!!

We moved in on Friday March 1, 2019 and could not be happier. Thanks Damon and Michael! Great guys, great solution developers!

I highly recommend Synergy Homes, their actions clearly speak very loudly that they all care about their clients. If you want an amazing home from and amazing builder chose Synergy Homes.

Our home was only a foundation slab in May and now I'm sitting in my brand new BEAUTIFUL home!!! Everyone from Synergy was very helpful and professional. This has been an amazing experience. They provide almost daily updates with pictures of my new home construction. Always on time. The app has pictures, a schedule, all our files, etc. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a custom build home with out all the hassle and the option to pick just about everything! I have friends that are contractors and they are surprised that Synergy has been on point and on time with everything thus far.

We are extremely happy in our Synergy Home. From beginning to end it was our best building experience ever after living in many homes.
