Overall okay. Takes 2 hours to add new insurance for some reason - competitors are able to do it on the spot.

Pharmacy was great until they brought in the rudest techs I've ever encountered. As a person that has 20+ yrs working in the medical field, I'm appalled at the disrespect allowed by this company.
