The owner is super nice and helpful she has a good verity of fish and other animals I went and got fish and a hamster she let us know what could go together and what could not. I was very happy the hamster was free if you got the cage so we did over all great service and prices.

The owners are absolutely wonderful people! They have helped us take care of a multitude of pets for as long as I can remember. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help you learn what’s best for your pet. Chattooga County is blessed to have them here.

I can get everything I need here, and if I want something she doesn't have, I can let her know. She will do her best to get it. Very informative on the animals and care that is needed as well.

The owner/operator is hands down the best. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything it is to know about whatever question you have regarding your pets. When the larger stores are out of stock, Pets R Us never lets me down so now I go there first.

I had a huge fish list I wanted to take home but after various questions she clarified the conditions of our tanks may not be suitable but she’d be more than happy to look at them first thing tomorrow. She had people money in hand, as we were ready to buy fish and instead of letting us buy them and killing them over night she offered to check our tanks and tell us whether the environment would be stable for them to survive. I’m grateful and I admire the pride she takes at her job.

The owner is always helpful and knowledgeable. Has great prices on wood pieces for tanks as well as a variety of fish that aren't always available at other stores.
