Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell, an IHG Hotel

Loved our room on the 17th floor and really enjoyed the free breakfast out on the balcony or inside on the sofa. Coffee was available on the 24th floor. Had a nice pool and work out room. Really grateful they let us check in early and also held our luggage while we waited for our room and went out to be tourists for a while. All the receptionists at the front desk or very kind and helpful. My only complaint truly was I was not able to cast to my TV and they were having ongoing issues that they were working on. But we w ere not there to watch TV we were there to see the beautiful city of Miami. Thank you for an excellent stay!

A Memorable Stay At Hotel Indigo
The experience was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were not only immaculately clean but also surprisingly spacious, offering a remarkable view of the entire city. The soft comfortable beds and the convenient tiny fridge in the room added to the overall comfort.

One of the highlights for was the luxurious shower- It was a true delight. The hotel's location in Brickell is perfect for both shopping and dining, with a plethora of options just a stone's throw away. As a first-time visitor to Florida, my stay at Hotel Indigo made the trip all the more memorable, and I cant wait to go back soon. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of Miami.

One night stay before a cruise. We arrived after 8pm and staff was great while the room on 7th floor was outstanding. We had a sitting area in our room. Love Hotel Indigos!!

Clean rooms. Location is great. Staff very friendly. Food from the restaurant is amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great place to stay.

Really nice and well decorated room. Great views of Miami from all angles. Very close to all of the downtown options. No microwave in all of the hotel. That was really weird.

I found this hotel to be the place for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Miami at about 5-stars level for much lower cost with a parking garage included, and with walking distance to wide verify of venues.

Downtown Miami with a Miami vibe. Great restaurant on site. Staff was helpful. Great place in the heart of Miami. Can catch trains, busses and trolleys right by hotel!

Excellent place to stay! It has an excellent location, wonderful customer service from all the staff (they helped me solve a work issue), the premises are very clean, the bed is very comfortable and a very artistic and modern vibe.

The only thing I would recommend is that the shower didn't have enough hot water.

But, I totally recommend this place! Definitely coming back on my next visit!

We stayed here for a weekend in June, the room was big and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect and very close to the vibrant area of Brickell; in a short walking distance you can find many good bars & restaurants, as well many public transportation options (trams & buses). We enjoyed our stay at Indigo!

I had been looking at this property before finally booking it and it was a good choice! It has been opened for a year and a half and that makes a difference to me when booking since I do not enjoy old properties.

I checked in late but the staff was nice and attentive. The first time I got my room key but it did not work, I had to go back down and got upgraded to a suite, since they were out of the room I reserved, so that was a nice change. The room has a living room, a king size bed, automatic blinds, safe, mini fridge and an open closet. It has a nice decor and the theme is a modern blue. I liked it and it all blended well. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

I was told that the metro station is a block away and there are restaurants and a grocery store close by. I did not venture out since I stayed at work late, but something to keep in mind if you need food or groceries.

The lobby is nice and there is a bar and restaurant on site. Parking is valet only and it is $30 a night. Pretty quick and safe.

If I come back, I will definitely keep the property in mind.

Intimate boutique hotel. Used their stay and cruise pkg. Was perfect for us. Hotel is upscale.

Incredible staff - Agustin, Sabrina and many of the other colleague staff are personable and make you feel at home. Location is perfect in brickell close to all category of things.

I would recommend this hotel to any and everybody. It is clean, smells great. The service from everyone was amazing. It is 2 minutes walking distance from the metromover. Loved my stay here.

I don’t know where to start. As soon as we pulled in the valet drivers were so quick to help us get situated even before check in. Without expected they’ve opened and closed doors for me on many occasions. The front desk workers were so sweet, helpful, attentive, and presentable at all times! Our room was beautiful and the view of the pool overlooking the city was my favorite part of the stay. The rooms were cleaned every single day. The beds were made after my outings everyday, all of the towels that were dirty were replaced, even down to the hand soap bars were changed and the trash cans that were barely full were empty coming back. You can have room service to the room if you aren’t a morning person. For the price, location, and accommodations I would highly recommend and come back here every time I am in Miami. Super close to shopping centers, and not too out of the way from south beach, a less congested traffic area.

This is hands down the most immaculately clean hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff great. Highly recommend the food in the restaurant had breakfast most days , huge portions compliments to the excellent chef and servers. Look for the secret pool on the ground floor through the garden terrace !! Great salon standard hairdryer in my room... A wonderful hotel and staff. V pleasant stay

This hotel was immaculately clean, extremely modern and quiet. I worked from the hotel during my stay, the desks in the rooms made it a perfect work space, I did not even need to use the lights due to an entire wall of our room being windows overlooking the city. If you have pets this is a pet friendly hotel, the restaurant located downstairs is a little weird as in you may or may not be serviced but that seems like an entirely separate issue on its own. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you are 21+.

What an experience.! How about on arrival at the entrance was beautiful I took pictures like I have never stayed in a hotel before 😂the check it was smooth. Maria was AMAZING(give her a raise) she asked if we need any place suggestions and gave us a 2 page!! list of places to visit. With her top 3 suggestions She explained the hotel and its amenities to us very clear. She gifted us with an free breakfast at the mosaic restaurant for our anniversary 🥰. No matter the time we left out or return the staff was always ready and willing at attention to help. The taxi driver/service was top Teir. me my husband and our couple friend had a amazing experience. I always pick good hotels I might have outdone my self this time. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I’ll spread the word and will be back.
