Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami-Kendall, an IHG Hotel

We had a great management experience, the girls from the resection to the ladies who cleaned the room, very nice people. Very good breakfast.. Oneyci, the lady from kitchen, she was so kind! I love the room, especially the bed, so confer, I will recommend this hotel!

Front desk attendants were very courteous and helpful. In the cafeteria, Onixa was very nice and attentive. The housekeeping service by Elaini was also excellent. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Rooms were clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located close to expressway and bot too far from casino.

Very nice place to stay ! No outside noise my room was very nice and comfortable very clean ! They had a whole list of places to order food and places to walk to get food and shop . The staff was very nice and friendly and very helpful what a wonderful experience . Thank You

My daughters wedding was at a nearby venue. The GM of this hotel arranged for a great group rate as there were many of us staying here. Everything was in excellent order, the staff, the rooms, the rates, the location, and the breakfast was better than others I have seen. They did us VERY well for the wedding. Many thanks.

Good location when I need a few hours rest from tamiami airport, I stay here. Jasmin and the staff in the front desk are friendly and so accommodating.

This hotel was pretty nice for a stay cation. The bed were really comfy, the room was clean, the shampoo, conditioner and soap were from dove and they were amazing ! I think my favorite part was showering lol
They have a pool, a jacuzzi, and an gym. Location was also good, service was great, very quiet hotel for a nice night of sleep
Breakfast was included in our stay from 7 am to 10 am and it was a full on Breakfast with bacon, omelets, bagels, cream cheese, coffee, juice and more

Of all the hotels in the Kendall area, this is one of the best values available. Conveniently located close to major roads and highways, I can be anywhere in Miami within 30 minutes...without traffic of course. Staff is exceptionally helpful. Cleaning service is great and will work around your schedule. Front desk has put up with me for 30 days and my head is still attached to my body. I wish I knew everyone's names but Miguel, Leslie, Valerie, Elizabeth, and Betty have been nothing short of amazing.

The ONLY con is the 3+ dollar bottles of coke downstairs but that's my fault. Oh, and I have yet to play mini golf.

Would definitely recommend it over a couple other hotels I'm familiar with in the area. The rooms alone look 10+ yrs newer.

Been here way longer than initially expected and I just wanted to say that the service has not degraded at all. The housekeeping is great, Betty will leave towel animals that remind you of a cruise ship.

Typical holiday Inn. Room was available last minute. Price was more than advertised on the site but I needed a hotel last minute.

We recently stayed Holiday Inn when we visited Miami..! The stay was great..! Hotel staff was very cool..! They have complimentary breakfast which is very good..! It had all the food that we were looking for..! The place is closer to many restaurants, shopping centers, etc.

This hotel is by far one of the best I have ever stayed. The front desk and all of their staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and so was the coffee. They also have a nice pool and fitness center.l was able to wash my clothes as well. 20 stars from me no complaints!

The place is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The reception people, especially William were very nice, they also wrote me a list of recommended places to visit in Miami when I asked them.The breakfast is very decent.
The housekeeper fold the towels in a very nice way :)
The only disadvantage is the hotel’s place is a little far from the beach, but it’s at more affordable price.

Even though the administration could do some renovations around the amenities and rooms, I have to say the employees are always doing their best to keep everything cleaned and pleasant. I will definitely come back when visiting Miami again. Thank you!

When you walk in to check in they greet you with a friendly smile and show you around. Just so friendly and the hotel is amazing very clean rooms at a great price. Would highly recommend this hotel and the staff will treat like kings and queens their amazing here.

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel and found it to be great. They have a great selection of food for breakfast (hot and cold). The Location was good for us. However, there was an issue with the bathroom sink water temperature. It wouldn't get hot but we were ok with it because the shower had no problem getting hot. I'm sure they would have taken care of it if we had informed them but we didn't want to have change to another room because we liked where we were. Overall the stay was great!

Simple and clean. Only complaint is that damn resort fee. I'm here for a two day class so I don't need that.. it's just a way to double the price. I call it gouging
