Home2 Suites by Hilton Miami Doral West Airport

We stayed here before getting on a cruise. There were 5 of us. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. There is airport pickup and a shuttle that runs to the cruise terminal. Be sure to make your shuttle reservation as soon as you check-in and for the earliest pickup, it does pick up from other hotels.

Had a wonderful time staying here for 3 nights with my family, Rooms were nice and clean. Self laundry was available. Breakfast wasn’t that great, but not a big issue as we preferred to eat out. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much to Liz at the front desk who was so sweet and helped me with everything. I was only here one night. The wifi was good and the breakfast smelled yummy and service was amazing. Would definitely come back.

Only thing I didn’t like was there was a loud Dog next to my room and this hotel doesn’t use digital key cards.

Kind staff, clean room, clean bathrooms. Clean eating areas. The only downside was the location, the parking gets full very quickly but placed well between the airport and overall city. Also if you're close to the 3 bottoms floors you can hear everyone who may be outside having a good time, near the fire pit or by the grills in the back. It was a little uncomfortable especially late at night when you're trying to sleep.
Overall 9/10.

Wonderful and friendly staff. We were there one day before our cruise. There are a few places to eat within walking distance.

A family friendly hotel with excellent service.
All the staffs from the , front desk, kitchen staffs, room attendance, cleaning staffs are very professional in their jobs.
They have varieties in their breakfast menu, it was very good.
In all, my family had a good time and we hope to lodge in the hotel again in the nearest future when visiting Miami. 🙌

Everyone at the front desk are very accommodating and friendly, in particular, Sylvia and Giovanni. Wish I could remember all their names. We were originally only going to stay here for 2 days but extended for 10 more. This place is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very clean which is the only thing that matters to me for a one night stay, sure it’s good also for a longer stay. Rooms have a small kitchen and confortable bed. It was just perfect!

The hotel was stellar!!! We stayed on the 6th floor. This hotel meet our every need. We've stayed at plenty hotels in Miami and had less than steller experiences. We could not have been more pleased. Staff took time to explain in detail everything the hotel offers. Home2 Suites Doral location was extremely clean, neatly decorated and provided all the amenities one needs for a one to multiple night stay. Unfortunately, we stayed for one night for our cruise departarting the next day. Location was epic. If you forgot anything a super Walmart was with 3-5mins away. If you were looking for food, tons of choices within 3-5mins away. Some restaurants were walking distance. To top it off, they offered FREE breakfast which was amazing. The sever was super accommodating with a positive and very pleasant attitude. I take cruises often and could not stop gushing about how nice this hotel was. We will definitely return to this location.

My only suggestion is when calling the hotel, make sure you call the correct location since this hotel has 2 hotels Home2 Suites by Hilton - Miami Doral and a Blue Lagoon location. We stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton - Miami Doral location.

Clean and comfortable, decent breakfast and good room amenities. Suitable for family. We really had pleasant stay.

Best hotel in town we had an amazing experience the front desk was very kind specially Jennifer thank you for taking care of us! The rooms were very clean housekeeping was on top of it we had clean beds and a clean bathroom everyday. Breakfast was the best part delicious waffles, toast, omelets, oatmeal, and yogurt plus yummy orange juice! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. From the time of check in, I could anticipate a good time. Host was extremely professional and pleasant. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Room was spacious and attractive - certainly creating a much more high end vibe. I love the location with close proximity to two major malls, a Walmart and restaurants.

Amenities are also great, with excellent breakfast options and a nice gym with plenty dumbbells.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Male host even offered and assisted me to my room with some bags. Really thoughtful and very appreciated.

At the end of my stay, I was offered a discounted fee via the app, but this was not seen on the hotels end. However, we managed to sort it out successfully with a credit applied to my credit card. I have to commend the front desk staff for the very professional way they handled the whole situation, which had the potential to be a very contentious issue.

Most definitely a repeat stay for my next trip.

Was in a very good location. The staff was very welcoming. The rooms was really clean. I was kinda expecting too be able to cook better they didn't have any burners in the room. They do have a really nice grill out back by the pool

My family and I had such a pleasant and beautiful stay. Such friendly and professional staff. It was the quickest check in and out I have ever experienced with no hiccups. I absolutely love their continental breakfast and seating area. Will stay here again. It is so close to shopping areas and convenient locations and even the mall!!

Wonderful hotel very clean, staff was amazing breakfast was great everything was hot and fresh the whole staff from front desk to housekeeping all the to the breakfast worker was amazing you must book this hotel for a quiet peaceful location great spot to be in is a must have. Very nice place to stay a night before traveling. Has the best rates I could find for extended vehicle parking. When I returned to my car the battery had died and the staff working nightshift was helpful in finding a tool for me to open my car. The room we stayed in was nice and clean and the TV was huge. It said my name on the screen when we walked in, a nice touch. The breakfast was very good but they ran out of coffee and did not refill. Not deducting a star for that. Shuttle to the airport went smoothly. Would 100% return.

building is new, modern, clean and beautiful.
staff is friendly and correct.
service is good. A good choice for families and yet it is quiet.
Although it is close to the airport, you will not experience noise disturbance and can sleep undisturbed.
Breakfast is monotonous, but quite extensive.
