Went to metro today and transferred my daughter to my plain, Cassandra was a great help, she went above and beyond to get my daughter from simply mobile over to metro. I watched her multi-task and deal with 4-5 customers at one time. Thanks for all the work Ms. Cassandra for getting this done for us. Keep up the great work.
