My neighbor passed and I wanted to get something to show my sympathy to the family so i went to 1800 flowers. I haven’t shopped at 1800 flowers in years and was worried the quality I was accustomed to the last time I shopped there changed. Thank God I did not listen to the reviews and went off my past experience. The flowers came out amazing!

I am a faithful customer with 1-800 Flowers! They have saved my butt many times I'm in and out of the hospital a lot so I'm usually ordering offline and 1-800 Flowers as awesome gift sets and different things for each of my sisters that they would all love and you can get other things besides flowers they've always been there for me and these giving me 15% off if you have trouble don't help you they've been really respectful to me the past 10 years I've been using them and I love them absolutely love it

Really enjoy using this service. They always deliver on time when I order them and deliver them to wherever I need. 1800 flowers is a great company, I am glad they are so close and convenient in Miami. I had some difficulty with an order (recipient went on vacation) - once I got a supervisor on the line they sorted the problem, which was of my making.

I ordered the Teddy Bear in the basket, and the first one that was delivered looked like a dog and had no flowers around it. I called again and they were very nice and sent another one, the new one was closer but still was not like the picture, I paid a lot of money for the teddy bear and I expected it to look like the picture. But I gave them 3 stars for the effort of trying to make things right, not sure if I will use them again or not.

Two stars because the customer service was very nice over the phone but in general for my order I paid $100 and never got what I ordered. I received something else that was worth way less than the original item I ordered. Afterwards I called customer service again in which they replaced my order but it unfortunately never arrived. The local florist can’t do their job, the company itself appears to do their job correctly but these people at this location aren’t doing their job correctly. I also ordered way before Valentine’s Day not one day before nor two days before and my order was still not correct. I’ve ordered from 1800-flowers before and never had an issue with them until now that I moved to Miami. Please better train your staff or hire more people with better pay.

I ordered a plant for my mother who is in the hospital for Mother's Day. The order arrived completely damaged. I spent 45 minutes on hold with customer service for them to tell me that " They can only refund me half the purchase price." I am sorry, but that is not okay! If an item arrives completely damaged and unusable, a full refund should be the solution. I even provided pictures.

We ordered a Sympathy basket to one of our co-workers, never delivered. We called to claim it and they left us 5 hours in a queue. Terrible service! They send us to a partner company, 2 hours in a queue, never answer, never call back. So, please, don't use this company.

Worst experience/service EVER!! Placed an order to be deliver the next day. Per the website, next day delivery was available. Had originally placed an order for a Fruit Arrangement. I received an email the night before the delivery date at midnight asking to call them. I called early in the morning and was notified that the delivery date had to be changed for the next day. When I asked for a reason, they did not answer my question and just said it was going to be delivery the next day period. Then they proceeded to notify me that the item I had bought was not available and that the had replaced it for a roses arrangement. Now delivery and arrangement were changed without notification. I requested a full refund. To my surprised, the arrangement was delivered 3 days later in really bad conditions. They didn’t even put the arrangement together. The vase arrived broken. Glass everywhere, chocolate covered strawberries melted and rotten. Roses damaged and burned. This is embarrassing!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

The worst experience!! I ordered an arrangement Floral Heart Tribute for my friend who passed away. Delivery was delayed and was finally made one hour before service ended at the funeral home. Flowers and leaves were wilted and messy. Not the arrangement I ordered and paid $226. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I called customer service multiple times and I received NO help.

If I could give them zero stars, I would!

I buried my mother last weekend, and I buried her without flowers!

I have been using 1-800-Flowers for years and never had an issue, so I scheduled flowers for my mother's funeral a full 7 days in advance. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from their contact center only 3 hours before the requested time of delivery only to be told they could not complete my order!

The agent could not tell me why, so I assumed they didn't have anyone able to deliver, so I asked her to call them back and see if they could either get them to my hotel, or allow me to pick them up.

A different agent contacted me nearly 50 minutes after the originally requested delivery time to tell me again they could not make the delivery. I then requested the name of the local florist they had hired, and they would not provide it.

At that point, the agent attempted to blame me, saying they did not have enough time to complete the order, and my response was that I had placed the order a week ago. Their only offer, an arrangement to be sent to the family in my name (that was me, so I would effectively be sending myself flowers), and a refund. No other offer, or attempt to try to make it right.

Thank you 1-800-Flowers, for taking what has been the worst day of my life to date and making it so much more painful. Do not trust them to follow through on anything that is critical, and do not expect any remorse when they completely fail to deliver.

Worse experience and customer service.

I ordered my wife a beautiful arrangement for Valentines Day since I was out of town, they sent me false messages like “your order is being prepared” so I patiently waited. Sure enough Valentines Day came and went and no delivery was made.

I wasted hours with customer service to get a refund. I followed with a one star review on their page and they reached back with a reference number and to please call them, so I did.

Again, waste of hours but I was stuck at an airport so had time to burn. They had no idea what the reference number meant and nobody would take any kind of initiative. Finally after over an hour I was able to scale my case from manager to manager until I got an actual department.

The lady said as an apology they would send the flowers over at no charge, and seemed truly sorry for the inconvenience. Well, they are just trained to say whatever the customer needs to hear, it’s now April and still no delivery.

Worse flower experience ever and they totally ruined a special day which is supposedly what their business is… helping out on special days.

Horrible experience, don’t waste your time and money on them!

For my girlfriend’s birthday. Flowers arrived super late. 8 pm

Mother’s Day, the greeting card was sent to the Senders address instead of the recipient. I requested to be send even before Mother’s Day.

The are from bad to worst. Do not purchase from them.

My son's job sent a magnolia tree due to my mother's passing. The tree came without instructions or tag saying what kind of tree it was. My son had to find out when he asked his employer. The leaves were very dirty. I had to wipe down each leave which had these white dusty drops. The next day over half the leaves had fallen off. I hope they don't do this to anyone else. It was terrible. Don't order anything from these people. If they had looked at the reviews, they would have seen that they are terrible. It was sent to Allen Varela from FIU (university).

The worst experience ever. The flowers arrived to my wife looking ugly and wilted. I contacted them, and for three days in a row, they assured me they would send new flowers, but nothing happened. I spoke with three different assistants over those three days, yet the issue remained unresolved. I’m already married now, and I don’t need anything from them anymore.

I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I HAVE JUST RECEIVED! I paid $100 for this? I called and they could only give me 50% refund! 6 brown wilted roses and all other wilted flowers! I cannot present this to the person I was giving it to because I am embarrassed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
