Staybridge Suites Miami Doral Area, an IHG Hotel

The front desk customer service staff member was excellent and the room was very nice having all of great additional amenities such as a couch and kitchen area along with the other necessary amenities. The Maintenance Staff member was excellent also with how he handled the situation with the television. 5-star treatment no doubt. Keep up the great work you're doing there!

Above and beyond. Room was clean and service was outstanding. The guy at the breakfast was super friendly and needless to say was everybody else as well. The valet guy was very cordial and Miguel, the shuttle driver, were very communicative about the schedule and were punctual.

Encountered a minor inconvenience on the check out date but I wanted to leave a review for Mr. Roberto or Robert. Exceptional check-in and super nice of a person! He is trully an asset to this hotel and just keep being you you are awesome!

This place was super nice and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was always hot and fresh, we didn't have to beg for towels they kept us with fresh towels everyday. Parking with decent... Security was tight. Plenty to do in and around the hotel.

The staff are so nice it seems too good to be true!! Allowed me to check in early, the free breakfast and host were amazing!
The hotel was clean and the hotel housekeeping was quick to supply you with additional towels at your request!

Located behind the twin building Holiday Inn, you'd think that the building wasn't there. Keep driving. Calm and quiet place. get to breakfast buffet early if you want food selection as they say the earliest bird finds good worm. Parking $5 a night around perimeter fence, even though igh app claims parking is complimentary. Basketball court and pool seems to be shared with Holiday Inn partner which is a stones throw away. weight room and breakfast area is downstairs.

Good rooms but make shift washrooms. The shower curtain in the room was literally a joke. For the price paid, it's good value for money. And yes, helpful staff to guide to local places to eat. And they know to make a wrong situation right for long term guests.

Good attention, have breakfast, they could have different options but its good. Rooms were clean, it's safe place. Fortis from Front Desk is very kind.

I would like to say first don’t believe the bad reviews. We got evacuated from our campgrounds because of the Hurricane this is the second hotel we’ve had to book and is the best service so far. Very friendly staff especially at the front desk who was able to check us in a hr and half early. The room was well maintained and very clean! Everything works great as well! Also it has been the ONLY place that has had an area we can drop our camper and don’t have to pay outrageous fees to park it somewhere else.

A real breakfast with eggs bacon sausage yogurt oatmeal fresh fruit waffles Etc . Can't say enough about this place great location. Great rooms room suites with full kitchens with wine glasses and cocktail glasses and pots pans plates everything coffee with coffee pot. nice amenities excellent staff, and please don't forget to tip Daniel who is a godsend at the front desk. There's lots of shops restaurants and sightseeing nearby. This was an excellent bargain for 25 per night once you minus your breakfast you're under $90 a night per stay excellent value excellent

Booked this as a 1 night stay for a long layover in Miami and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is very clean and updated, rooms new and bed comfy. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and location in walking distance to a few essential things. Highly recommend!

My kids and I stayed 4-8 and checked out 4/11. There wasn’t one thing to complain about. I saw so many negative reviews before I booked and I also look at pictures just like everyone else. Of course once we got there there was a few things out dated, but it didn’t effect the stay or great service they provided, the kindness and cleanliness. Everyone from the receptionist at the front door to housekeeping and the full breakfast they serve! I had 6 children with me and they even liked it. I would definitely suggest this as a place to stay! It’s definitely worth the cost. I even booked again for my visit in August.

Excellent experience. Superior customer support. My family was booked here for the night, but the room was unavailable. The manager made sure we were taken care of and had a place to stay for the night. I always love staying at this Staybridge because they really take care of their guests. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is professional and kind, and the additional amenities, such as being able to wash my clothes and workout, really set this place above the rest.

Anyone who has flown or traveled recently knows what a nightmare it has been with flight delays, cancellations, etc. we had originally booked a room at the Holiday Inn next door to this but because our flights had been delayed and rescheduled, we were unable to keep the reservation as it was saved. I simply asked to modify it just a little bit to account for the change in our flight schedule. I was advised by some nameless response on booking.com that they essentially did not care about my situation and refused to change my reservation despite them having rooms available for me, my husband and our 3 kids. We left San Juan, Puerto Rico late Wednesday the 29th and landed in Miami on Thursday June 30th. After realizing Holiday Inn wasn’t going to accommodate our needs (despite them verbally confirming they had the capability to) I called Staybridge suites and spoke with Zakiyah who advised they had a suite available for my family and could check us in immediately with a very small early check in fee. We UBER’d there, she treated us with kindness, let us know about the free breakfast and gave us our room keys. We were so relieved. Slept so good. We had a MINOR issue with the sink and bathtub. I spoke with Demi who immediately sent someone to address the issue AND she also gave directions and advice on places we could find the essential items and fun items we needed to finish our vacation. Not knowing the area was stressful for us and they were super helpful. In addition, they offered a discount on the room since they weren’t able to switch us rooms due to high demand for rooms. The beds were cozy, breakfast was delicious , the staff was AMAZING All around. During checkout I spoke with Daniel who simultaneously was answering phones, checking guests in and out, all while maintaining a smile and kindness the entire time.-despite some guests not really deserving his kindness. Due to check out time (which was super flexible anyway) and another flight delay, I requested to leave our bags at the hotel while we went and explored Miami a bit. Without hesitation, he helped us secure our bags somewhere safe and gave directive on how to obtain our bags when we returned because he would be gone at that time. We left, came back and were lucky enough to speak with Demi again. She gave us our bags, let us relax on the property until our UBER came, and continued to be absolutely compassionate and hospitable.
We visit lots of hotels and to be honest, while this was not the plan we had for our last days of vacation, Zakiyah, Demi, Daniel (and the amazing kitchen staff) saved us from a travel nightmare that could have ruined the entire end of our trip. THIS is the kind of customer service and staff standards that every hotel should have. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I hope all read this and know how grateful my family and I are for you!!!

Very nice stay, staff was very friendly and effective. There was a problem with a door not opening with our key cards due to a mechanical issue, maintenance staff was on scene within 2 minutes and had everything in order in less than 4! The room was very nice, we had a suite with a kitchen and living room type area and everything was modern and well maintained. The shower even came with actual good quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was awesome, no just plain bagels and cereal here, they had ham, eggs, oatmeal, breads and muffins, cereal, oatmeal and waffles too !! A+ breakfast!

I honestly haven’t had a stay this pleasant in a couple years and I’m a frequent traveler. The Staff just set it off from the very beginning. Ty (Tyjuanna) & Aysha we’re on shift and greeted us. They were so helpful and welcoming. We got our keys and headed to the room & once in realized We only had one bed. I was shocked so I relooked at my reservation & and it was my mistake. A mistake I’ve never made before. We headed back downstairs and they helped us immediately. The transition into a new room was a breeze and I especially love the way we were treated. Once in our room we were surprised how nice it was. I was expecting to have to run to the store & buy supplies but they provided what we needed. There was dish soap, paper towels a full fridge & freezer. The showers had a dispenser with soap & shampoo and in the living room the sofa pulled out into a bed. Every morning there was a hot breakfast and it’s actually good. I also like that it stays open till 9:30am & 10:30am on weekends. Each time we went through the lobby we were happily greeted by the front desk and for some reason it made us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend!!

Friendly staff and very helpful. Great spacious room with kitchenette. Clean. Breakfast was good. Just what we needed before our cruise. Has washer and dryers for free. (Can purchase detergent there) Will definitely come back again. Only negative is the plane noise but you get use to it.

Excellent hotel! Very clean room! The kitchen has everything you need for dinner. From the upper floors there is a beautiful view of the city! Very delicious and varied breakfast! The only negative - is the very slippery bottom of the bath, be careful.
