Irene went above and beyond to create this beautiful European Dish Garden. The basket arrived on time as promised. Irene was very pleasant to deal with. She patiently answered all my questions...and I had several...at no time did I feel rushed. My Sister-In-Law really liked the dish garden.

So yesterday was the first time I used this flower shop to send a special arrangement to my former secretary. I researched online to find the best florist and after about an hour I decided to go with Special Touch. I met Irene on the phone who is absolutely fantastic in delivering exceptional customer service. The arrangement was gorgeous and brought tears to the eyes of those who saw it. From what I understand people were even taking pictures of it.
