Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area, an IHG Hotel

We spent 8 days and 7 nights here. With a 4 months old baby, my husband and my parents.

We are glad that we choose to come here.

Make sure that you have breakfast included, is really good. We even asked for the chef to congratulate him. Thanks Osvaldo 😊

The pool is clean and ready to enjoy. They do have grills and nice tables were you can cook your own meals.

The rooms are always clean, we had a liking in the bathtub so we told the housekeeper about it. When we came back it was fixed and clean like new. Fantastic service.

Room was big. Bed comfortable. The only gripe was airplanes fly in and out every 10-20 minutes and can keep you up. Breakfast available for purchase $16.99. Staff was always friendly.

Joanne was extremely helpful assisting us plan our event and was available for every question or issue that came up. She returned every call and is very efficient. We highly recommend Joanne and this property for your corporate or personal event(s), she will help you have an amazing meeting!

Our stay at this hotel was simply amazing, I'll start about the things that I didn't quite like but everything was compensated with the outstanding attention received by Osvaldo the chef, Keylan and Andrey at the lobby who made us feel at home, they treated us like family.

I booked for 5 nights, the first issue was that we thought breakfast was included every day but it was only a gifted breakfast for 2 for the first day. Even though after we repeatedly asked for cleaning our room and didn't got it cleaned cause of new administration that states to clean the rooms after guests leave.

we always asked for new towels and toilet paper and they delivered. AC's were always working and rooms were super clean, didn't have weird smells and sheets were clean.

my mother is a very short person she couldn't climb the bed, we asked politely if we could get our beds changed but they moved us to a better view, better equipped room on the sixth floor which was really nice and included a shorter sofa-bed which was more accessible for her and felt comfortable. They also gave us a wheelchair for us to move my mother easily in the hotel. We used the oasis located on the gym to refill our water bottles constantly. I was in love with free cookies and lemonade on the afternoons. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and will come back soon.

Very friendly staff a nice little bar prices aren't bad at all and the rooms are very well kept up will come again

Best breakfast I have ever had !! Breakfast is a extra expense so definitely make sure to include on your initial booking !!!!

This Holiday Inn has seen many good years of operations. It dose need a make over in some areas of Its dwelling. After many years since it was built, of cause proper maintenance is premiere. Men's Room urinal, near lobby need fixing or replaced. And out back of the build there's parking spaces taken up with storage pods... they need removing, and spaces cleaned up for guest parking. Also keep the trees cut back and maintained. The breakfast dinning is very good, a big plus and success. Very nice variety of foods to choose from, hot and tasty, with staff working together, and tables kept clean frequently. The young lady over seeing the dinning areas is delightful, and she gracefully take care of the tables (She’s good). I like this Holiday Inn! Perhaps, they will get more help on the front desk checking guest in and out. Good parking available but fills up fast at night and then its tight parking. I too, have experienced traffic jams in the area, road construction going on. Some times not easy getting off the street into the parking lot of the Holiday Inn, and is hard getting out on to 87th Avenue for rude speeding drivers in heavy, on coming traffic. Overall, not a total turn off or bad stay, I will stay at this Holiday Inn Again.

YES! Ours stay was spot on. One block up is Cityplace with food, nail salons, fresh market, & retail stores.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC was super cold.

The Breakfast was a great spread and fresh. Hotel was relatively clean and smelled nice. Plenty of parking and good lighting. Amazing plants!

Service was very friendly and gave excellent advice on dining at Cityplace within walking distance. A must visit hotel for a decent price, good sleep and location to things to do outside of the hotel.

Spotless and slick lodging! I would give a 5-star rating to this inn. Up until this point, they were the cleanest inn that I at any point remained for an excursion. The pool was spotless and warm. The room where I remained was so spotless and flawless. The washroom was so extensively perfect and scents so great. The fights were so cordial and obliging. Energetically suggested!

We came to Miami a day early for a 2 week cruise. After a long night flight, the staff welcomed us in. Shuttle from the airport was prompt. After a short wait on the pool deck, Tiffany had arranged for our room to be ready early. We used Uber to go for dinner at Olive Garden and had a great night's sleep before going the next day to the Cruise ship port. We reccomend this Hotel. Tell Tiffany Hello from the Canadians! Cheers to that!

Good place to stay near the airport. The rooms are clean, with good lighting and the AC works perfectly. The bathroom is big. The common areas are simple and nice. The breakfast has good variety just needed. The staff is also nice. Only bad thing is that the entrance from the street is difficult to find.

Clean rooms ,very well organized facilities and staff

Staff is top notch. Makes up for any shortcomings in the hotel itself like hot hallways and lack of ice machines on each floor. No scanner but staff once again made up for that by scanning documents for me. Good breakfast. Buffet is excellent and they will also cook to order your eggs. Recommended.

HAD AN ISSUE, but it was out of their control
Used hotwire to book for 3 adults and was given 1 king size bed. We were able to get a roll away and then switched to a proper accommodation the next two nights. Hotel is clean, really close to a restaurant/bar and also has one of its own. Staff is friendly and understanding. If we were coming to the area we would happily stay again.

For a holiday inn, this hotel is amazing! The hotel staff is super helpful...from the front desk agents, to breakfast attendants, all the way to the shuttle driver who helps you with your luggage and takes you to the airport. I love this place! Its cozy, clean, and freshly decorated. Always smells pleasant! There are a few restaurants around...and the breakfast is sooooo delicious!

This was a nice hotel in the middle of lots of really great restaurants. That is very comfortable with that Keurig coffee maker in the room with really good coffee by the way. Very conveniently located to the airport as well, lots of Frontier Airline flight attendants in and out which is always a good sign to me

My check-in time was not until 3pm, but I had gotten to the hotel around 1pm. After driving 14 hours to get to my destination, I was exhausted and fully planned on taking a nap in my car until 3pm came. The staff actually had my room already prepared and waiting for me, and my stay there on out was excellent. Highly recommend.

Stayed at this lovely hotel to join a cruise. The hotel itself is in the west side of the airport, you do notice occassiinaly some aircraft landing or taking off but generally you do not have much noise. As it is inside a block so there is hardly any road noise at all. Which is a plus.

I stayed at a two double beds room which is big. I had problem with the coffee machine but it was sorted out quickly after notified hotel front desk.

My rate did not have breakfasts. We paid $10 per person for the buffet. The buffet is not very extensive but do have things you normally expect for a breakfast. It does the job. There is a shared swimming pool with Staybridge next door. Due to the poor weather we did not get to have a dip. There is also a pantry next to front desk. Plenty of choice. The only downside is that we had fire alarm setting off at 9pm Thursday evening.

Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel for people transit in Miami or going to cruiseships. At least you do not have highway road noises.

One of the nicest Holiday Inns I've stayed at... Only real complaints were that the TV hiccupped every minute or so (probably due to hurricane effects) and the fact that I had to reactivate my key every few days despite the fact I was there for.over a month. Otherwise it was great. Nice Doral Ale House next door with late kitchen close too.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and even Franky's Bar! I hope it's still there at least! It was one of few places at the time in the area that was open until 5am! It seems that both hotels share the same pool but honestly no one is ever in it!
