Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami Airport East, an IHG Hotel

Overall the hotel and staff were great. Helpful at the desk. Rooms were very clean and my room was quiet. The breakfast was decent. Not no five star but the variety was good. Helps one not get hungry while waiting at the airport. And the location is great when needing a hotel to stay at that close by. I could not find a safe way to walk to the airport or else I would’ve. That’s how close it is.

Is the place to stay for a night or two, great staff, good breakfast and amenities. Room was neat and comfortable. Conveniently close from Miami Intl Airport. Better to book in advance. It would be nice if the hotel just have a bottle of water as a courtesy waiting in our room

Had a wonderful experience during my stay here. There was a brief power outage, and my room needed manual reconnecting for the power to work. The maintenance man(Havier) was really kind and helpful and got my power back up and running within a few minutes. Very quick and efficient the man deserves a bonus! The rest of the front desk staff were also very kind. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Very clean hotel, room was well maintained and updated. The lobby has a beautiful scent that they keep throughout I’d love to come back just to smell that scent again. Very nice experience, free breakfast.

It sucked getting our flight delayed but getting to stay here more than made up for it. Great room, pool, fitness center and breakfast. The free shuttle really helped as well.

Great location, rooms were clean and service was great. The downstairs restaurant looks way nicer than the food and service really is, but I won't hold that against the hotel.

Excellent all round. Five minute free shuttle from the airport.Friendly, helpful reception experience,room requests noted and given.Supremely comfortable beds and pleasant,clean,spacious room (this hotel is one of the few near the airport that offers a two queen + full size sofa sleeper. Complimentary breakfast was remarkably good with great choice and breakfast team were cheerful,smiling and kept it well stocked.Overall a really great Miami airport hotel.

Location is a plus and a minus. Next to the airport, even at rush hour, it's only a ten minute free shuttle ride. The minus is that it's right under the flight path. I slept fine. Rooms seem always consistent at the Expresses, as are the breakfasts. There is a great authentic Cuban restaurant down the street, an industrial block away.

We were stranded in Miami last night. It had been a LONG day after MANY delays and HOURS of standing outside customs to claim our bags to then catch a flight back to CO. Needless to say, they didn’t hold our flight and we were upset, tired and hungry. The website said you were booked. I called just to check because of the proximity to the airport and late hour.
After such a rotten day dealing with this airline, your front desk receptionist, Javier, shed some WELL needed and appreciated light into a dark, cranky space for us. He was wonderful. He found us 2 rooms, looked into acquiring a military discount for our rooms and even provided us travel tooth brushes and toothpaste as the airlines had all our luggage. He was kind, polite and professional. He handled a large line of other stranded passengers with ease and wonderful customer service. He really did go above and beyond for 4 travelers who had just about given up on humanity last night. He sincerely saved our rotten day and turned it around. Thank You, Javier for all of it. You deserve recognition for your stellar, considerate and professional customer service.

Fantastic meals and rooms.. however the driver for shuttle is rude , dropped us off at wrong area..
with exception of shuttle we stay there again!!. Excellent

OMW love, love love this Holiday Inn Express. Staff is over the top helpful. Ordered transportation to MIA and checked us in and out so seamlessly. Will be back for those cuddly beds, my favorite ♥👍💯

Perfect hotel and really great. Nice decor with very clean pool. Rooms are perfect and very clean, vert pretty ans with all we an need. The staff is attentive to guests and compliments to Mr Javier who informed me well to orient me towards the airports.

Last night, I had to find a place quickly, and I discovered this hotel because it was so close to the Miami Airport! Only a short drive separates the airport and the hotel. The customer service was outstanding—very kind and helpful Along with the complimentary coffee and tea, the room was extremely nice. I felt complete after taking a shower! I slept soundly, had a lovely breakfast when I got up, and the rest of my day was stress-free!

Stayed here before we left for a cruise. They stopped airport shuttle before the time stated on the webpage, so that was a little frustrating, but the hotel itself is very nice, as are the workers

This hotel was modern and updated. So close to the airport too. Nice rooms and comfortable foam beds.

My family and I have stayed in a number of hotels over the years. This place is by far on my top 5 list. What an amazing place to stay. The reason for it is the AMAZING STAFF! The are all so attentive, kind and treat you like you own the place. We are definitely staying there again in the future. Breakfast was fantastic, Pool area was clean and had music and complimentary towels. Only had these minor issues. Water pressure is to low. Wifi we had to constantly connect to. Gym could use a few more weights. But this place is highly recommended. Big shout outs to

We stayed here before our cruise and in between destinations after wards this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in and the staff were more than exceptional. Guy was our hotel host he made our experience memorable he was very friendly and accommodating. His new trainee Elizabeth was just as pleasant, we had a small issue with the soap dispenser in the laundry room and she was quick to help us resolve it. making the problem we had irrelevant! This will be our go to location for pre cruise stays.
They have a computer and printer available for printing important travel documents etc. also they have a shuttle that runs to the cruise liner it’s only 12 dollars a person.

We had a slight mix up with our reservation and they were very quick to fix our issue & even upgrade our room. The hotel was very clean, and staff was friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor and enjoyed watching the airplanes take off and land. We will definitely come back if we are in the area.
