Sonesta Simply Suites Miami Airport Doral

My stay experience here was phenomenal love it here. I stayed four days three nights here and it was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was super professional and friendly, my room was excellent!!! The best part was the shuttle service we didn’t have to pay for Uber. Alex, Sergio, and Maria were the shuttle drivers they were excellent super super professional. The front desk crew were just as excellent just can’t give names because i didn’t look at their name tags. I will absolutely refer this place and it’s a very safe environment!

The service here is the best, the front desk staff are exemplary, going above and beyond to be helpful and kind while the shuttle drivers are amazing and even offer rides to restaurants and such within 3 mi!. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. They offer free laundry (which I didn't use but it's avail), a good snack room, a gym and a pool. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms, and plenty of amenities. I am fully satisfied with my stay here. I would recommend anyone in the area to look at this hotel first before booking other more expensive ones in the area that offer less for more.

They were busy with construction but even with that the service was great and we got free laundry. Really appreciated that as the laundry room was out of service

I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone staying in the Miami area. It’s super close to the airport and malls. They provide transportation to anywhere within the 3 mile radius (which include food places, Walmart, Miami international mall, dolphin mall, etc.) which is amazing!!! The people at the front desk are the BESTTTTT! They are very friendly. I can’t stop bragging about my stay. Did I mention the price is great as well? Free laundry mart, with a full kitchen and spacious room? I really can go on and on about my stay here..

My family and I had a great time at the Sonesta Simply Suites. The space was just like a mini studio apartment equiped with a fridge, sink with dishes, a dishwasher, microwave, and stove with tools & utencils. There was also Free wash and dry which was super convenient having a toddler! The price of the rooms here for the value is great.

Simply a great place for the price they offer! Will come again.

Our AirBnb host cancelled last minute so we ended up booking here unexpectedly. So impeccably clean… easy free access to parking with no congestion at the entrance (like other hotels) : huge rooms with a nice chair and desk for working. Excellent value for money. If you were looking for a sign to book, just book now. Can’t wait to stay with them again without paying Miami prices

We arrived back from our cruise at 9am exhausted and decided to give checking in a shot. The receptionist gave us a room right then, gave us a late check out for 2pm, and a ride for our flight out the next day. Later that evening I needed a charger and a different staff member loaned me one. I have done a lot of traveling and never had so many staff members at a hotel be so sweet and accommodating on anything I asked. The rooms are also very nice, clean, and come with a small kitchen. I will definitely stay here again

The suite was really nice. My partner and I felt like we were in a different town. The bed was super comfortable and clean. It had a little complimentary chocolate which was amazing. I also love the kitchen. We got to make lunch using the kitchen which made our experience even better. Overall we loved the experience

Staff is great! Let me check in a hour early no charge, asked my preference on what floor I'd like to be on! Room is very nice, full kitchenette, large bathroom. Whole room is very clean and overall pretty big! Would definitely stay here again!

I am normally very picky about anywhere I stay. I am a travel nurse so I've been to a bunch of places. This was a great find in Miami. Safe area. The hotel itself was very nice. For being a “2-star hotel” I didn’t expect much, but this had more than enough. The room was like a studio, having a full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and utensils. Bathroom was big. Large work desk that spanned the entire wall of the room. Best part for me was FREE laundry, detergent, and dryer sheets!! The place was clean and tidy. Miami is known for bugs and roaches and this place was clean and no bugs in site. I was very impressed and will be staying at candlewood suites across the nation again. I would definitely recommend.

Pretty good hotel, free use of washer and dryers, easy streamline purchase of snacks, gym included, along with stove and dishwasher, pool, Jacuzzi, friendly staff. Its a diy type of deal here. A friend of mine stayed here while recovering, and for what it was worth, it was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

I enjoyed my stay here at Candlewood. We had a kitchen area so we cooked instead of eating out. Close to shopping, restaurants, has station, and parks. Great outdoor area. Pool area was nice. Cupboard was well stocked. Did not offer breakfast. Had a wash room, exercise room, you could check out board games, blenders, etc. Had a full refrigerator. Nice area, quiet, and children friendly.

Excellent price for what you get. Very clean, great, friendly staff, Cupboard feature is big differential for me. Will be looking for Candlewood Suites wherever I travel in the future. Free access to washer/dryer (bring your own detergent or buy from Cupboard) and prices were excellent for food and drinks.

Truly a home away from home. Clean room, comfortable space with kitchenette. There is a fridge, two burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, pan and cutlery so you can prepare your own food.
As mentioned, cleaning of rooms isn't as regular but you can ask reception for new towels etc and bins available at end of each hall to dispose of your garbage.
Location is great...very close to Dolphin Mall, Miami international mall, mall of the Americas, Walmart supercentre. No restaurant on site but doesn't really matter as it's so close to many restaurants. Free hotel shuttle available most times (Barbara the evening driver was very pleasant and helpful).
It's near the busy Miami airport so if you are listening for it, you will hear the sound of passing airplanes, but honestly it didn't bother us at all.
In general, all the staff there were very helpful and accommodating, and I would stay here again. Good value for money.

I can't believe this is rated at only 2 stars. We grabbed this room online...seems great. Little kitchen, everything clean and nice. What a great place to stay and close to everything. Everything in our room is new or close to new. What more do you want? Awesome. People are full of smiles too. We are very happy.
