When I originally approached the service department, they were patient and helpful when trying to understand what I was trying to describe what was wrong with my car. I was immediately directed to the correct department, which took the time to look up my vehicle and let me know it was still under warranty. When I returned on a Saturday morning, I watched as the service people ran from customer to customer to expedite the work orders for the many cars that showed up without an appointment. I was informed of my car's progress, and while I waited, they fixed any problems.

David Rodriguez was the absolute best sales rep. I have never walked into a dealership where the process was easy, straight forward and efficient. After our consultation of what I was looking for David not only delivered on the product but also the service. There were NO games of pricing and back and forth we all know can happen at dealerships to try to upsell. Not here, it truly was the BEST experience and I walked out with my new 2024 Tiguan.
