Logan Anderson was a pleasure to work with. The price on their website was indeed the actual price of the new Buick, a rare thing to find in Miami. We worked out the numbers over text/email/phone as well as the value of my trade in. In the late afternoon of Labor Day I drove to them, Logan had the car ready, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than one hour. I’ve been buying cars for decades and I’ve never bought one as fast as this. Kudos to Logan and his crew, it was a pleasure to do business there and yes indeed, well worth the long drive and back!

The dealership has a Sales Advisor named Yousef Mahmoud who treats you like family. It was a busy Saturday morning and Yousef dedicated his time to help me select a new car. There were several to choose from on the lot and he took the time without rushing me to find the right car for me. He listened attentively to my needs and budget. Once I decided which car I wanted, he made the purchasing as simple yet detailed as possible. He made sure I understood all the features of the car, OnStar and My Buick app. Once the financing was complete he checked the detailing of the car for delivery and reviewed all the features again. He called and emailed me to follow up if I had any questions about my new Buick. Yousef is an asset to the dealership. I highly recommend anyone to request him when purchasing a car or truck.

One of the easiest car deals I have ever done.
I knew going in what car I wanted & exact terms because I bought the same car from a different dealer 3 months earlier. (The first car was totaled so I was buying the same thing)

Got the first one at Grieco which is much closer than Schumacher but I was not going back to Grieco again.

Maybe it was so easy at Schumacher because I knew everything ahead of time or they just might be a much better dealer.....It was worth the extra distance.

Give them a shot - I had a deal done in less than 20 minutes - Do your homework ahead of time though.

Hello, my name is Kirk, and am writing this evaluation under my wife's Google account.

I wanted to share a story about my experience with this dealership which occurred the week of July 4th. My wife and I were traveling from South Carolina to Jupiter to see our daughter's family on Monday of that week. Unfortunately, we heard a rumbling noise coming from the front of the car (2016 Cadillac SRX) about halfway through Florida. One of the wheel bearings had recently been replaced and I felt that the problem was back.

Anyway, I found this dealership and decided to see them on Tuesday. The service person told me they were booked for the day but to come back early the next morning and they would look at the car to see what they could diagnose. The next morning, I brought the car back and discussed my situation with Victor Figueroa, one of the Service Advisors. He told me they would look at it as soon as possible but also informed me they may not be able to fix it until Friday since they would have to obtain parts and then schedule the repair. (Thursday was the fourth of July so there was no work scheduled for that day.) That was not a problem since Friday was our scheduled return date anyway and I did not want to drive back to SC with the potential for breaking down.

Around noon, Victor called me back and told me they had diagnosed the problem, and that they were looking for the parts in their warehouse. He also mentioned if they had them, they should be able to repair it, but it still may be Friday before the car would be available.

Again, around 3:30, Victor called and stated the car was ready. Needless to say, I was ecstatic about the repair and immediately went to pick up the car.

With this, I just wanted to thank Victor and the service department for doing what they did for a weary traveler. Victor's professionalism and the service department's timeliness were truly extraordinary. Victor's communication with me as the customer was also the best I have seen from a service department Advisor. Thanks, Victor, and thanks to the service technician for making my day. Yes, they all get a 5 of 5 on this rating

My sales rep Cauy, sealed the deal for me as I looked at a couple of different brands. He was friendly and refreshingly candid. I was impressed with his knowledge. He answered all my questions without hesitation and I never felt rushed or pressured, which was a huge plus.
Overall, everyone made the car-buying experience smooth and stress-free.

When I approached the dealership, I was dismayed because it looked like a circus parking lot. It was so busy! I made my way toward the service advisor area following well marked directionals, I wondered if I’d have to leave my car overnight to get the oil changed. When I met my service advisor, Al, he laughed and said no, not at all. He’d have me out in under an hour and a half. Turns out he was wrong about that. I think my turnaround time was only one hour. Everything was done as it was supposed to be and I must’ve had 15 staff members acknowledged me and , greet me throughout my stay. I’m often in this area and this will be my dealership of choice when I am.

Everyone were so helpful and awesome with assisting with my new GMC Yukon.

I was comfortable and not frustrated with the service. They didn't act like robots they behaved as human beings should and socialize and understood my situation

LITERALLY the BEST experience I’ve ever had in dealing with a dealership. Alvaro was my salesman. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable throughout my recent purchase of a 2019 Used Jeep Wrangler. But, most importantly, he made sure the process was streamlined and easy…especially considering that I had my 1 y/o daughter with me. Very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Alex in finance also tremendously made this go as smoothly as possible. He listened to what I wanted and what I needed and guided me through making my selections regarding the extended warranty and financial availability. He was able to get me a great deal on the loan taken out to purchase my Jeep. He even gave me some great laughs throughout the process:) also 10/5 stars!

I live in Melbourne and drove almost 2 hours specifically to this dealership because I trusted this dealership solely because of the amazing employees they have! I sincerely appreciate everything that they did not only to accomplish the task at hand but also made me feel like my business was appreciated not just another deposit in their paychecks.

In the future, when another vehicle is needed, I will start with Schumacher regardless of where I am living. When I say this was a no stress situation, I thoroughly mean that.
