Staff members are competent, caring and knowledgeable.

Had an appointment and was left in the waiting room for an hour! This is not the way to treat patients!

Waited almost 2 hours, then the Dr. Went in for not even a 5 minutes visit and now they keep sending a bill for my co-pay that I paid in the office, then you try calling and they put you on hold without saying anything and you sit there and wait for over 10 minutes with no answers.

My physician has temporarily rented an office at 2000 Continental Dr suite B, and is a General Practitioner. For the second week in a row, my 24 year old daughter went to the office for her appointment with Dr.Elizabeth Mohr and was treated in the most appalling and unprofessional manner I have ever heard of from a medical office.
Last week, she was told by the receptionist that the doctor she was looking for didn’t work there.

She left.

Today, armed with information that this is common practice from this woman, she explained that she was there for her 1.00 pm appointment with Dr. Mohr and she got the same sullen nasty attitude.
This woman told her that she “do not work for her” and shut the glass partition on a patient/ client .

This is the state of American “ health care “? .

This office is the worst. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they put you on hold for long periods of time.
