Hilton Miami Dadeland

Wonderful experience in this Hilton property! We are longtime Diamond members and this hotel exceeded our expectations! Thank you very much to the manager, Anat, along with her outstanding team, who took great care of us while our daughter had a baby at Baptist hospital. We had 3 rooms for 3 nights and everyone was very pleased! The grounds were so convenient and perfect (love the walking lake loop) to get back and forth to the hospital. We all loved having the Starbucks and the restaurant & bar food was so good that we never went anywhere else for dinner. We had plans to maybe eat in Miami but the daily happy hour pricing & good food - well, we thought it was so good we literally did not leave the property for four days. Thanks again for a great stay!

We were not here by choice. Circumstances led a family member to be a patient at Baptist, and this location was convenient, being just down the street.

The property, the room was what you would expect at a Hilton. The bar was nice. The food was great.

Now I will say, the front desk was unmanned at times, but we have no way of knowing what was going on behind the scenes. Many businesses in this space are short staffed these days.

But the PEOPLE made the difference.

Jasmine was VERY helpful and easy to work with in a tough situation.

Arturo was SO helpful and accommodating with our requests. Friendly, too.

So many lethargic people in hospitality these days, particularly in South FL service businesses.

This Hilton surpassed our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised here.

Very beautiful hotel. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Only thing I didn’t like was the standard 20 dollar for parking, but it won’t deter me from coming back. The upside to paying for parking was that it was behind a gate. The stay itself was worth it and will definitely be back when I’m in this part of town.

I’ve stayed twice and each time the employees are very polite and helpful. I would get a text from I staff upon check in asking if I need anything else just ask. The rooms and general areas are clean. I got room service which was delivered quickly. The burger was good, charcuterie board was okay. I’d def stay again.

Every time my family stays in Miami we come here. The hotel rooms are always clean and tidy which I appreciate. The Starbucks in the lobby always help when I am I am in a rush to leave. The employees are always so sweet and welcoming. The window views are amazing and pretty 😍. Thank you soooo much everyone at Hilton Hotel!

This is a special compliment for your night manager, Alex. We had trouble operating our TV. Of course it was operator error. Alex was kind enough to come to our room and get the discovery channel which is what we really wanted. We have been coming to this hotel frequently enough to really appreciate their staff. You all do a great job.

Wonderful hotel that’s clean and feels welcoming. I travel for business and I stay here when in Miami and the rooms and bathrooms are always clean and the staff is very welcoming. These flowers are from a convention that was held in the hotel and they fit the ambiance of the hotel. As long as the customer service and cleanliness stays I will keep booking this hotel for business travel.

We booked this hotel for after our cruise as we wanted a quiet night before our flight the next morning. We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM & Jazmin at the front desk let us know that no rooms were available to check into at that time. No issue at all as check-in isn’t until 4 PM. My Fiance & I were both exhausted & my eyes were killing me from the smoke on the ship. So we just hung out in the lobby. About 1 hour later, she called me up & said a room was available. She did say “Just so you know, this room is different than the one you booked. So don’t be alarmed.” I was like oh cool, maybe we got a bigger bed or something. When I walked in, I was SHOCKED. She put us in a suite! I am so thankful that not only were we able to check in early, but to get a FANTASTIC room. We will be back for our future cruises. Thank you Jazmin. Seriously. :)

Have stayed at this property over 30 times. Location is ideal for MCI. This visit traffic was severely backed up. I called the hotel and Alejandro assured me everything would be fine. After we hung up, I noticed he even checked me in! Stellar service this and every stay! Starbucks in lobby is a bonus.

We booked a room for 3 of us at the last minute. The super friendly desk agent upgraded a room to a double queen suite.

The 5th floor room was very quiet, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We will definitely be back. It is pretty convenient to U Miami where our son is in college.

Very clean and pristine. The pool wasn't only heated, it was nice and warm! They also text you if you need anything which is so convenient.

Fantastic in every way! Outstanding location, amazing facility and caring staff (special thanks to Yasmin). The grounds are impeccable, the pool area is gorgeous and the security is excellent. I felt very appreciated as a Hilton Honors Diamond member and enjoyed every aspect of my stay! Will definitely return!

My stay at Hilton Dadeland was nothing short of luxurious. This 5-star gem offers impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a perfect location. The night lobby receptionist was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. Hilton Dadeland sets the standard for a top-tier hotel experience. Five stars without a doubt!

Starbucks is great. They have their own parking. Hotel looks beautiful. Bathrooms very clean. Beautiful pool. Wouldn't mind staying there while my house gets repaired. No lines no waiting. Patio entrance locked.

I was here for business and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. They have an executive lounge to get work done equipped with cooler stocked with water and a coffee/expresso/tea machine. The bartender was nice and made excellent drinks. Food was delicious!

This renovated Hilton is surprisingly good value. Located in a central part of Miami equal distance from all parts of the area. Nice clean well appointed and spacious rooms with great service. On site restaurant and on site Starbucks Café. It is less than a couple of miles away from downtown Dadeland. Very central if you want to explore the entire Dade county..

Nice and clean. My only feedback is that water pressure was too high. That being said, we were on the second floor, and this might be the only way to have adequate pressure on higher levels.

Best housekeeping team I've seen in years! Not sure of the gentleman's name that cleaned our floor but he was phenomenal and went above and beyond to accommodate us when our daughter got sick. Hotel & rooms are very clean. Most hotels have changed for the worst since COVID, not this one. The quality, cleanliness & service are still top notch for the price & location. Definitely will be back.

Love this hotel! Everyone is so friendly the room is super clean. They have Starbucks at the hotel , that was a nice surprise. Higley recommended!
