Aloft Miami Doral

This stay was for one night. It was easy to get checked in and check out. The service was great, the room was nice bug, clean and very comfortable. This kind of reminded of a hostel stay when I was in Twain, the lobby is nice, with pool table, lounge area, snack area and pool. Very nice.

I was very satisfied 😌 with the excellent service at the front desk at all times, all the staff are very courteous and friendly. The cleaners always pleasant willing to assist in cleaning, they did an excellent job with the room. The restaurant was the same and the food was well presented and tasted great. I will always spend my vacation there with no hesitation. Only thing missing is a shuttle. WELL DONE ALOFT MIAMI DORAL!!!! Keep up the excellent work 👏 👍

Perfect Doral West location. Lots of parking, super helpful front desk and room service staff. Yidier at the bar was fantastic and
fed me even when kitchen was closing. All around one of the best hotel staffs I have encountered in a long time.

David and Danny at the front desk made my trip amazing!!! On top of that the rooms are beautiful and Cozy ! I love the vibe the pool table aswell so much fun! Would recommend and will stay again!!! 🎉🎉🎉

I went to Aloft hotel with my family this weekend. The hotel was clean, confortable and cozy, but the most important was the people who work there. Barbara was amazing, giving us a warm welcome and helping us at anytime. for sure we will come back.

Since 2021, I have accumulated a total of over 200 nights with ACCOR. As I have a banking relationship with Chase, a pre-approval for a co-branded card prompted me to apply recently, By virtue of the card benefits, I now hold Silver status with Bonvoy and could not be happier. Miami has experienced a year of greater-than-average rainfall. My roof could no longer take it, and it collapsed last night. The timing could not have been worse, as I had literally just flown in from New Olreans, and was exhausted from checking out, getting to the airport, through security, and all of the related requirements of travel.

At this point, I began to consider Marriott as a means by which to rely upon, in times of need. After heading to the app, I was unable to book travel for that night, as it was too late. attempting to call the hotel, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system would not recognize entry of any of the prompt options. Being an avid traveler, I had to consider the option of booking the following night, arriving at the hotel, as asking for the reservation to be moved up.

As I have cataracts, I cannot drive, and frequently use rideshare options. Hailing one, at 4:00 AM, was no easy task, with streets so flooded that cars were being swept away. Finally, I was able to do so, and arrived at the front desk of the ALOFT Miami Doral. Malcolm/Marcus was at the front desk and had an incredibly professional demeanor. Whatever challenges in staffing may be present, he took ownership of his position and compensated for any failings in the system.

He advised that the reservation could not be moved up, but was able to accommodate me with an incredibly early check-in. Please understand that, at this point, I had been up for over 18 hours. The room he provided was absolutely beautiful. It is my first stay at an ALOFT and it certainly will not be my last. It has been the silver lining, on a tumultuous chain of events. For his time, attention, and professionalism, I could not be more grateful.

The franchise model of hotel chains, prompts commission of consideration, by many guests, of the individual challenges that exist in a global organization, Needs and expectations are counterbalanced by regional custom and availability. The reality is that Malcolm/Marcus has been a true Ambassador for the Marriott family of brands. In Miami, we are home to a large community of Venezuelans. Disproportionately, they represent the elite members of a nation that was nipping at the heels of being an industrialized country. Socialism has torn the nation at its seams and is today a shell of what it once was.

Exiled to the far corners of the world, the diaspora has found that, paralleling the highly-skilled workforce of many European nations, talent has been devalued, under the barriers of language, and roadblocks of immigration protocols. Devalued like the national currency, the Bolivar, these individuals attempt to pick up the pieces of their lives, while contributing to the local economies.

The concept of grace under fire is manifested here, as all of those virtues and talents are presented, in the format, of an individual starting out in a new nation, as an immigrant, and starting from the bottom. Rest assured, that any professional development that you offer, is simply an investment in human talent, which you will reap from exponentially. Be it with the operator or at the corporate level, he is a true asset to your organization and should not be overlooked. IVR's will never be perfect, nor will schedules, but when these problems are presented, people like Malcolm/Marcus are your front-line of assurance.

To him, Daniel for arranging a late check-out, Paulina and Daniel, together with the housekeeping, the rest of the local team, and the support staff at the corporate level, I remain in your highest of gratitude.

Modern chic hotel, near expressway for easy access, free parking, nice big pool, room was clean, modern and comfortable. Lobby super chic with a bar and a pool table, you can have your drink while playing pool , loved that. Very close to Dolphin Mall.

Anytime I visit Miami I always stay at this Aloft. It's super CLEAN and the location is great but most importantly is the way they treat their guests especially ETHAN..He just checked me in he's very accommodating, down to earth and by the way he treats people you can tell he loves his job, he's fantastic. Marriott should really recognize people like him... these days people are not friendly like Ethan so, it was very nice!

I only stayed one night due to an airport delay (American Airlines) and even though it was an stressful night for multiple people and me, Ethan, at the from desk at 11pm was welcoming everybody with an smile and with the most incredible patience and empathy. When we left at 4am, he was still checking on us and making sure out night was more bearable, thank you! He is an amazing employee…

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in awhile at a hotel.The staff here at Element Hotel went above and beyond ! I always greeted with a smile, and especially in the morning for breakfast. There were two people that really made our stay. We stayed here for a week, and it was Jesus and Lily that work in the breakfast area…hands-down the best staff.!!!

The hotel rooms are really cute and clean. but what deserves the most praise is the superb customer service provided by Kai. What a professional, friendly, and overall awesome human being!!! <3

Enjoyed my entire stay at the Aloft hotel in Miami. Friendly staff and good food, was closed to the conference I attended and rooms were fresh cozy. Price was fair. Also pool and large snack area. Pet friendly!

Very nice hotel, Lobby, room and pool area. Hotel looks very new and modernized, and clean. I enjoyed their gym that offered a good amount of fitness equipment and weights. Great place!

Went on a quick trip to Miami for vacation and the hotel staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was great and manager Mariano was very accommodating and very friendly. We would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for an inexpensive and friendly hotel

Perfect spot for a business trip or short visit to Miami. Whether you are alone, or with your family. It has breakfast included, good location and comfortable rooms.

Enjoyed the stay here the rooms are spacious. It was a very relaxing stay. Work out room was nice. Front desk personnel’s were incredible kind and very welcoming will definitely stay here again when I visit Miami.

We had a king suite corner room and it was really great value especially with a dog. Plenty of shops nearby and soggy bags available in the grassy area. If we are in the area again we will stay there.
