Element Miami Doral

Stayed here 3 nights April 2024. Hotel is clean, well organized and staff is friendly. I'm not a huge fan of the karaoke music from the bar until well after midnight but the hurricane windows and my earplugs blocked most of that. Overall I would recommend this as a good, affordable choice.

We stayed there for one week with a family of six and it was perfect. Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast and kudos to Jose's wine and cheese evenings we appreciated a lot. I would come back again for sure

This hotel was great! I went for cosmetic surgery, which required at least a week stay & it literally was the best stay ever!! From the location, to the staff, everything about the Element Miami Doral was wonderful!! They upgraded us to a one bedroom suite for free because my hubby mentioned that I was in town for surgery, all complimentary! The day of my surgery, when Me and my family pulled in front of the hotel, the staff ran out almost IMMEDIATELY with a wheel chair for them to wheel me in! Gosh even the guest were concerned about my wellbeing! Everybody was so nice! They even had a cheese/wine night on Wednesday/Thursday which gave my family something to do while here! Their restaurant food (107) was also good! On the day of my preop, housekeeping was cleaning my room while I was walking in, they literally cleaned everything as quickly as they could so that we could go ahead and come inside of our room, they were very understanding & whenever we needed extra anything they did not hesitate! I have nothing bad to say about the Element, everything was absolutely perfect! They made everything 100 times better! I would highly recommend this hotel for vacations, they are kid and pet friendly!! Thank you so much to the staff and management! You guys were absolutely awesome! And you made my trip 1 million times easier!! I forgot to mention their free breakfast OMG, everything is made fresh, it’s nothing like you’d get at a restaurant..it’s a million times better!

The hotel is great, I have stayed a couple of times and the rooms are super spacious, and the service is great.

I will definitely keep staying at the Element Hotel whenever I visit miami

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Element. We were first greeted by Kaylie who has the best front desk persona I've ever experienced. She was friendly, courteous and kind. When we got to our room, it was nice and clean with no issues. I really liked that there was no carpet in the room. Normally that makes the rooms feel a lot dirtier and stuffy in which we did not experience any congestion when we woke up. Breakfast was quick so you have to ensure you get there between the times listed as you'll miss out. It was not self serve but a full continental breakfast was provided. The hotel was easy to locate and just minutes away from Dolphin Mall which has an abundance of activities to partake in such as shopping, dining, arcade, and a movie theatre, just to name a few. The only downfall was the hallways were a bit hot which honestly is not a problem considering the rooms are where you want to be most comfortable and we were indeed happy with our stay.

We stayed in this Hotel in March second week. The hotel is situated at little outskirts considering all the happening places of Miami but closer to the Airport. We we’re really happy with the service and comfort they had in this hotel. The interiors were amazing and cozy. Kitchen had all the basic things you might need for cooking. To my surprise and first time I saw a dedicated drinking water tap which was impressive. The breakfast was complimentary and it had American breakfast options with few fruits and juices. The receptionist was helpful, humble and professional. They have ample parking space and it’s complimentary as well. Overall much recommended if you are staying in Miami and don’t like the city noise.

Believe it or not my young adult children love the E. My son has done 2 art classes there. My daughter and her spouse had dinner there. They love the ambience, the meal, and the service. I Love that it's conveniently located, easy access entering and exiting. I will have to book a room to rate the rooms.

We stayed in the Element Doral Hotel and had a wonderful stay. It was very comfortable, the staff were all great and friendly, but mainly Jose, the bartender, he was super friendly and kind and told us about the different wine and cheese they offered daily. Overall, great stay and recommend this place to everyone

close to the airport and two major shopping centers: Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall. In addition to other great stores nearby, such as Best Buy. Free parking, simple breakfast but with fresh and hot food. The hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. But the best part of my stay was being welcomed by Sebastian Cardoso. My flight was delayed and I could only check in at 6am the next day. Sebastián was quick, attentive and willing to help. not to mention that he had the patience to look for some packages of purchases that I made. if it's worth it? obvious! I hope that you will be assisted by Sebastián Cardoso. Everything will be fine.

The rooms are updated, great AC layout and kitchen, love love the room, to stay with family or alone.

Great pool, awesome restaurant, worst coffee I have ever tasted, breakfast is good, perfect location close to the turnpike, and shopping centers.

The reason I am writing this email is Kaylie, great service, personality and knew to ensure we had a tex exempt form, asked me if I was a convoy member to get points (i missed out on points on prior stays). SO yeah... Also I've been staying often for a year now and the breakfast staff is phenomenal Mabety makes me feel like I live here and she the aunt the spoils me.

This was my birthday getaway stay in Miami-Doral. The entire staff including Senor Jose was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, although only one of the two elevators work. But overall still a great stay.

Stayed overnight and our needs were exceedingly met. Ally welcomed us with the most energetic greeting that really set the tone of our stay. We didn’t have to wait long to check in and she gave us excellent recommendations for around the hotel including the 107 steak restaurant. When the pool was out of towels she checked in to make sure that they were refilled and that we were comfortable. Our room was very clean and the bathroom spacious. A nice view of the courtyard/pool and great amenities (microwave/sink/small fridge) if we were staying additional time. All in all a great visit and I would definitely check in again at this hotel. The shape of the parking lot is unique but It’s great that you don’t have to pay to stay unlike other Miami hotels. Great location not too far of a drive from downtown and south beach, without the traffic (which is great in my opinion.)

Very good and safe location. Staff is very friendly. Free breakfasts are awesome. 10min drive from restaurants. It has a gym but no pool. Parking lot is huge and adequate!

It was great stay here and it was really nice and clean location. I would like to thank Francy for a good breakfast 🍳 to start with. Would also thank Jose to make evening very special with beers 🍻 and wine 🍷.

Great hotel very friendly staff, nice selection at breakfast

Stayed here for 5 days and loved it. Pardo elevated my experience from check in to check out with her warming personality and helpfulness. This location is 5 minutes from my favorite Dolphins Mall. Comes with free parking and a great breakfast. Highly recommend this Element over the airport location.
