Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral

I currently stayed at the Residence Inn on 91st Ave. in Doral Fl. for five weeks. I have never gave feedback on any other stay at any other hotel for over 20 years. The staff that included Brian, Andres, Jose A, Newman, and Santiago was absolutely amazing!! They were always very helpful with any interaction I encountered. They made my stay absolutely amazing. The cleaning crew and maintenance personal was also very friendly and did great work! (Very Clean!) I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to future stays! Thank you all very much for everything!

Probably the best run marriott I've ever encountered ..
this place is super organized, super clean, seems to be recently remodeled. staff is on the ball. very attentive. Very nice grounds. they get a 10 out of 10 on cleanliness ref rooms and entire property. this is my go to Marriott. my experience here was better than a lot of more expensive hotels. very interesting luxury touches: example: $80 night table clock with a triple display so both bed occupants can view it.. love those airport luggage carts which they so thoughtfully organized.

Awesome stay at this Hotel the rooms and location were outstanding. I really wanted to write this review concerning the service, the front desk associates Brian, Newman, Andres and Santiago was outstanding and was so welcoming and helpful with every aspect of my stay, these individuals made the stay extra nice and would be a reason I would come back to this Hotel for future travels.

Just finished up a great stay. Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean and newer, same for the rooms, beds were comfortable, and it was just an overall great experience. I highly recommend.

I wish I got on the Marriott bandwagon sooner. I have been a loyal Hilton Diamond member for years and have seen the decline in Hilton. Hiltons loss will be Marriott's gain. All of my recent Marriott stays have been terrific.

I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are large, comfortable, very clean and the parking was free. They have complimentary laundry machines that are very well kept and the hotel has water fountains and fruit infused water in the lobby to keep you hydrated in the very hot Miami weather. The hotel has a very decent breakfast as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. I had just had to move from a very bad hotel and was recommended this one. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly pleasurable to be around and made my stay that much more memorable for me. Specifically Andres, Santiago and Danni stood out, they were all incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had about the hotel property and information around the area. (Also very patient as I had lots of questions) The atmosphere they helped foster made me feel so comfortable that I actually extended my stay multiple times. The hotel was in a very convenient location for my family and I as well. This hotel will now be my first choice if I ever need another hotel stay in Miami. I highly recommend.

Excellent crew. Santiago and the service manager really helped to make our stay great! Clean rooms & tasty breakfast! Location was good too. Would recommend.

For the price, really nice hotel for 4 with lots of add ons like a mini kitchenette with utensils and free breakfast etc. free laundry and free parking as well.

Was dropped off here instead of Residence Inn Doral Mall. Front desk lady could not have been nicer, arranged for a Lyft, at their cost, to take us to the correct hotel.

Stayed at this location between May 25 and June 12 2023. My son snd I had connecting rooms on the sixth floor, much space and nice rooms, great kitchen. Personnel very friendly and attentive and wish to especially commend Andres at the reception for always being ready to give his best to make our stay as nice as possible.

Check-in was very quick. Room was cleaned and ready for us upon arrival. It was definitely a spacious room and perfect for our family of 4. I loved having a microwave and fridge as well as a separate bedroom and living room plus dining room. We were not on top of each other as we usually are with other standard rooms. The bathroom was also very spacious. Called for clean towels on our second day and there were brought up within a few short minutes. Included breakfast was also good. Parking was not an issue either.

Great stay! The hotel was clean and the rooms are spacious. Our suite had a small kitchenette with a uselessly tiny cooktop, roomy apartment size refrigerator, and full size microwave. There was a dining table and living room separate from the bedroom. It felt like a very comfortable, tiny apartment.
Parking wasn't a problem as there were plenty of spots to include 1 spot for charging electric vehicles.
They serve a complimentary breakfast daily. The food was warm and pretty good. They didn't have the most abundant options, but it's free and convenient. They served scrambled eggs, english muffin sandwiches, and sausage in hot trays. They also had a waffle making station, bagels, cereal, bananas, oranges, and hot coffee.

Jose A was super helpful and helped us print things we needed for our cruise. The room was incredible- huge,clean and nicely decorated. Great for pre-cruise stay!

Awesome hotel very friendly staff our cruise got delayed and they let us hang out in the lobby with our 4 kids with no problems. Loved the rooms super clean and updated.

Arrived very early to hotel due to flight schedule, and were able to get into our room immediately!! Took the complimentary shuttle to a local restaurant for lunch. Daniella was EXTREMLEY helpful and a pure delight!!

We could not be more happy with our stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, the employees were polite, the breakfast was very good. I liked the area we were in, mostly restaurants and other hotels, very quiet.

I’ve stay here for a lot of night and Andres and Santiago from the front desk he’s been very helpful, and amazing . Andres made me feel home and was very welcoming when I was checking in. For sure staying here again people like Andres and Santiago make Residence inn a great asset.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly two months for work. The staff were amazing, the gym and pool are very nice. The breakfast was great. My room had a full kitchen which was awesome.. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, and I loved it. The staffs is very friendly and since the moment I checked in Andres was very helpful, he works very good, and is always attentive and very professional. As well the house keeping lady Adriana, she is very helpful too and professional, and very polite. I will recommend this hotel to anyone! the best hotel I have stayed so far since I started working for my company Cargojet.
