I usually do not go inside. So I can’t really attest to that is fair… I will say I had quick service drive-through moved quickly, and the food is always good in hot!

Have you been here before? If you haven't you are MISSING OUT!! Burgers are great, but the spicy wings are out of this world. We are from South Florida and anytime on vacation we find out there is a Krystal's around, we make it a priority to stop in. I meant to take a picture of the whole order (24 wings) but we couldn't help but dig in.

It is still a treat to stop and get a few Krystals and a couple of chili cheese pups. I just wish Saint Augustine had a store.

In a world of fastly dwindling customer service, this Krystal franchise still brings the heat! Great establishment

Food was hot and fresh and staff was nice and friendly. Really enjoyed my food from there.

Went to this Krystals tonight. The food was excellent, however, the service. The service was through the roof. The employees were awesome, friendly, helpful, and a joy. Had a mishap with an order due to short handed staff, however the manager, Sarah, handled it like a pro. Offer ed to correct my order while remaining courteous and professional. Kept her word and and if you're familiar with my reviews you know this doesn't happen often, this lady deserves 10 stars and if I were CEO of Krystals, she is the one I would have training ALL of my managers! Great customer service!

This location has a new employee and hes absolutely wonderful He is such a refreshing crew member to this crystal's...... In a very short time hes already the best employee of most of the fast food places surrounding that area..... His name Is Cory and I courage you to visit this crystals

A buddy and I stopped there today for a late lunch, employee informed us of a deal to get more for the money, went above and beyond separating order ( 12 Krystal's w/ cheese, 2 fries, 2 drinks into two bags and brought it to our table.... Hot fresh food , excellent service,.

This is the only Krystal left near University and Beach boulevards! They are always nice and quick with orders. Funny thing, I used to go there after high school, Englewood HS, right down the street. They have been there a long time!!

Just left and I gotta say had a great experience Grabbing lunch. Staff was so nice and fast, food came out hot :) Gotta go these chille cheese are fries looking at me lol.😋

Wanna say thanks to Haylee and the rest of the staff for such wonderful service and such great food. The team is really bringing Krystal back! For a while my previous experiences there were sad to say disappointing. The food this time was hot, fresh, the chics and corn pups were perfectly crispy, and the new fries are way better. They made us milkshakes which were amazing and you could tell that care was put into everything unlike never before. My kids enjoyed their food and we will be returning as repeat customers!

I just received first class service by Angeline who cooked the burgers hot and to perfection and by Sean who gave me a courtesy drink for my wait because the customer in front of me had a large order.

The employees here are always cool and give me a good laugh. I love that they're open after 3am, most Krystals aren't which is aggravating since they're supposed to be 24 hours

Fantastic experience, after about a 5 min wait( large order) out food all came our hot and fresh, everything was delicious and the staff were so kind in giving us plenty of sauce to try. Will be going back soon!

Visited 1:45 PM. The drive thru was Fast, the employees was very friendly and efficient. I ordered the 10 Krystal special and I must say...they were absolutely the BEST Krystal Burgers I have ever had. They Were very Hot, right of the Grill....OMG...so good. Buns were soft and fresh.

This Krystals is great! Usually a wait but who wouldn't wait for FRESH food? The staff is always polite and friendly. Thank you for being consistent!
