Munchkin Park

I went here back in the fall while traveling with my son. It was a delightful little place. They had a toy train you could sit in that I thought was a great photo op, being so close to the Virginia Creeper Trail. They had plenty to play with an a little book exchange place too.

Fun little park with a few swings, some play equipment, lots of space to run around.

I absolutely love this park for the little ones! Monkey bars are still a little too high fir a 3 year old, but I've seen a 5 year old use them just fine here. This park is safe and quiet. Only issue is the bathrooms are very very dirty which, I mean, only so much they can do about that since it's a public park.

Adorable small park with a huge wide open space to run around, play Frisbee, soccer, etc and a pavilion with tables. The bench by the swings is extremely unstable though I worry a child or elderly person will lean on it and the whole bench will just topple over because it's not secured. Other than that it's a cute little park.

This little park is the best and in a perfect little area that's always upkept. There's lots of shade and a track, slides and monkey bars for the little monkeys who wanna play on them. This is the best little park in abingdon.
