Omni Amelia Island Resort

Loved staying here! The views from my room were absolutely amazing and beautiful!! I couldn't believe it - was like a piece of paradise here on earth. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfy. The outside spaces were great also; many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine!! I'd love to return here in the future!!

We had a blast. It was very quiet and serene. We met a few couples while sitting around the fire pits and had great conversation. We enjoyed everything. We utilized the shuttle service and they were very nice. We sat and talked to one of the bar tenders and she was great. The bellhop was very entertaining and told us to make sure we tald everyone that we were celebrating our anniversary! I will definitely be going back.

We will be back! The room and view were amazing. From the time we arrived until we left, the service was top-notch. From the bellhop to the servers at the restaurant, everyone was very informative and friendly. The on-site restaurants allow you to enjoy your vacation without leaving the property. There’s a shuttle available that takes you to the various locations, so you can park your car and completely unwind.

The beach was very calm. It wasn’t crowded, and you had your own space for tranquility.

What a nice resort. A few details, I was there for work, so I did not get to experience most of the amenities. However, there were still a few highlights.

First, there were some issues with the reservation. The front desk team dealt with them quickly and politely. Second, the rooms are great, all the rooms in the main buildings have views of the beach. Third, there is an aviation themed sports bar on the property. The food and huge beer selection were a huge plus.

I want to go back with the fam and spend a nice weekend just hanging in their gorgeous beach.

Visiting Omni has always been a pleasant experience. Whether I go for a mother/daughter winter break or a family vacation, it doesn’t disappoint. There are several options to dine on premise and many enjoyable activities to explore.

The staff here is amazing. Very friendly, always greeting you everywhere you go. While dining the service by the staff is second to none. Very attentive and very service oriented.
The food was amazing. Everyday a new menu. I ate more foid than ever. The desserts mmm mmm.
The views from the room over the Atlantic were second to none. I definitely will be back and recommend to friends and family.

Family and I went back to this resort because we loved it so much the first time. Property and ocean views are amazing. Service was beyond phenomenal. I had a very small issue with food service and when the manager, Daven Wardynski, found out about it, he dropped everything and made my family feel like a million bucks. He even had a special delivery to the room and it was incredible. Service should be given 10 stars!!

Beautiful property with so much to offer, the pool is amazing and the views from the room are great! I love that I am close to offshore fishing and can fish for bass at the lakes on property. Food was amazing and the meeting facilities were great as well. Love Natural Slice Pizza place!

There is no possible way that I can say enough good things about this resort. The service....the property....the rooms....everything! They literally put other hotels to shame. The staff is INCREDIBLE! From start to finish. All they want to do is make sure that you are enjoying yourself and are taken care of. I tell everyone I can that if they can go stay here they will not be disappointed. Every detail is thought of. I have also stayed at The Ritz next door and soooooooooooo much prefer this property. They make you never want to leave!!!

Andrew at the front desk was so nice and gave us a fantastic room with the most amazing view! Helps we were there in the off season. Everyone there was very friendly and truly wanted us to have a great experience. 💯

Exceptional 5 star service across the board. We stayed in the main hotel and then in Captains Quarters Villas! We were blown away by how beautiful the resort is. The staff went above and beyond catering to everything we needed. The front desk team was incredible! Bobs was our FAV restaurant! The pools were perfect! The golf course is stunning! I would highly recommend this hotel. With that being said, I strongly recommend that you make sure you are staying in the hotel or in The Captains Quarters area, and not just the regular “villas.” with that being said, I cannot say enough about our fabulous experience at the Omni, we were and are still so impressed! In fact, my husband and I stayed at the Ritz on Amelia towards the end of our trip and the service at Omni truly outshined the service we had at the Ritz! We can’t wait to visit the Omni again!

This hotel was beautiful. The staff was the best part, so kind and helpful. Rooms were nice, and they came with a balcony. 2 nice large pools. Restaurants on grounds, you take the shuttle less than 3 minutes ride. The steakhouse was delicious. Pools were beautiful with great pool side service. My favorite was the breakfast restaurant, Sunrise buffet, walking distance from the room the staff there were the best!! They really made it an amazing experience. Food was delicious and there were so many options, the beach view from the restaurant was beautiful.

Enjoyed everyday at Omni Amelia Island. Rooms were oceanfront with a beautiful view. Beautiful pool and beach areas. Great food at the sunshine bar with fast service. Loved my time there! ❤

Staff was very helpful. The water parks and pools are very clean! All of the amenities were nice. Although the bathrooms closest to the the water parks were not open but I’m sure they’re going to be nicely renovated once they do open. The rooms need a little updating but they are in good shape!

Very large property with many, many things to do & places to eat/drink. You can park & never have to get back in your car, but if you don't want to walk, the coach will take you. Thinking this may be our new anniversary spot.

I've visited the Omni Amelia Island Resort during two different seasons, and there's always something to do, plenty of activities onsite. The onsite shuttle makes moving around very convenient.
The staff always go above and beyond, from front desk to restaurants to catering/events to valet.

Stayed there a couple weeks ago in the villas. It was wonderful. Had a little issue with the First villa. Nick, the general manager, was very nice. Moved us a couple doors down into a larger beautiful unit. Our stay was wonderful. While there, Nick called several times to make sure we were happy. He’s awesome. Plus, he left a nice letter and a bottle of champagne in our room. Thanks so much Nick. We will back in October. Blessings, Randall Schmidt

The room and views are just outstanding! Most importantly though, the staff has been cheerfully helpful! From the lobby to the pool attendants, everyone has gone above and beyond to make our stay a dream vacation. We appreciate the service we are receiving!

We were only there for two nights for a work conference, but everything was amazing! It's over 1400 acres, several restaurants, plenty of activities so I would imagine you could stay a week and not leave the resort, but you should because downtown Fernandina is so cute and filled with shops, boutiques and food.

Everything about this resort is 5 star. I am actually very surprised that it is not labeled 5 star. Every point of service was five star. If you want to find some amazing excursions go see the front desk. Our villa was very nice and clean and right next to the hotel (we were at sandcastle villa) also…AMAZING SHUTTLE SERVICE
