They always hook me up with the BEST frappes that taste so delicious packed full and decorated absolutely beautiful!
I order ahead through the app to get a quick bite after work and am never disappointed by the quality at all, the wait can be super long sometimes when they get really heavy lines due to them being so good! they can get packed during dinner time at 5 mostly so I recommend going earlier! but it’s totally worth the wait even if you catch yourself in it I leave happy Everytime! Love love lovin’ it! BA baba baba! 💖 thank you for the best Oreo and mocha and caramel frappes ever 💃 double cheeseburgers also be hitting different! 🍔 thank you ! They work hard also sometimes they seem understaffed and despite that they are never rude and are always super kind and ready once you get to the window :)

This is my favorite McDonald's in Jacksonville. I will drive out of my way to go to this one. They don't ask you to pull up to wait for your order. You order, you drive up and then they give you the order. They have a great system and all the workers are polite. Way to go McDonald's on Emerson!

Just went thru drive thru, but couldn't get an iced coffee because the machine was down. Also, no milkshakes which is also a disappointment. It was during lunch break so I would suggest cleaning the coffee/milk shake machine at closing every night!

the young girl up front was so nice and made sure we got our order. A young girl who works 2 jobs and going to school with 2 kids, didn't get her name

The food is always fresh, the service is always nice and the atmosphere is quiet and clean. This is my favorite Mcdonalds in town because their sweet tea is on point EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.

Been using mobile app and the food is so much better than if you went through the drive in actually it 10x better

I'm updating this review because they replaced the girl that was working with Grace. Grace was amazing and gave me fresh hot food at 4:00 a.m. . I'm a bartender and nobody is open this late or says that they aren't open but I am so grateful that the owner switched the employees and got this girl in here because she does such a fantastic job! I hope they give her a raise or kudos for all the work that she does because this is the first time I have gotten fresh hot food at this location in months!!

Ok, first of all I personally am not a big fan of McDonald's! The day I stopped by my wife went with me to work after an assessment. She wanted to eat there while we were on the road. I feel like Ray Crock would be appalled by the quality of the food if he was still living. However what we ordered was not so bad. We went in for breakfast and we got greeted pretty quickly. I received top notch service my whole visit which is saying alot! Ruth the manger greeted me and handled my order all the way through. I was extremely pleased with my experience! Her customer service was top notch and it was worth writing about. I will definitely come back "for breakfast" at this location.

Lovin' this Mickie D's in the morning. They are welcoming and friendly with greetings. Clean, fast, and how a fast-food business should be running. I have not ever had an issue yet, and my breakfast meals are always hot and correct. Thank you, morning team, for your service. I'm always Lovin' it

Ms Ruth in the morning shift makes my visit special. It somehow feels a lot less like a fast food restaurant and her willingness to give great customer service experience makes all the difference as to whether I was to dine in or out.

Quick service, friendly, accurate order. Exactly what you want when you go to McDonald’s. Not my favorite chain, but my kids love it and I always prefer to have good service.

I ordered a larg iced coffee which was really good for a hot day, but it’s very hard to finish it by one person, it has to be shared because it’s really big anyhow the cup fell down before even finishing the half of it 😂 end of the story.

I went through the drive through at 6. Only a few cars were in the drive through but it took quite a while. The service was slow for being dinner time with little cars but the food was one of the better meals that I've ever had at McDonald's. I would go here again
