I have been ordering from Maddy D’s for 6 years now. They are my go to place for custom decorated cookies for any occasion. The cookies taste just as good as they look, which is the reason why I will always come back. The owner is so easy to work with and is very responsive.

Maddy D's have done it again! A wonderful experience working with K who went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday cookie platters extra special. She created each character from her invitation! Every person who ate one at the party mentioned how amazing they tasted!!! We cannot for our next event to see K's next creation!

I recently ordered a large platter of cookies to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from USF. They were absolutely beautiful and such a personal touch. I requested to have them individually wrapped in order to let each guest take home a keepsake from this special day. They were not only beautiful, but absolutely moist and delicious!! A true pleasure and excellent communication to work with. Thank you for making such a special day for our family - extra special! These are just a few of the amazing styles of cookies she made. There were so many more, I did not take good pics before they were gone.

Year 2 of purchasing cookies from Maddy D’s and boy these cookies don’t disappoint! We had a pastel “baby shark” theme and the cookies were absolutely beautiful, spot on and delicious. So so so happy!

I cannot say enjoy about my experience! I ordered a deluxe platter of cookies as an opening night present for my boyfriend, giving loose ideas of what I was looking for. Maddie D’s went above and beyond all of my expectations. The creativity and quality of the designs were exceptional, and the attention to detail was unmatched. They were wildly communicative throughout the entire process and even sent me photos before delivering them, since I am out of state. They hand delivered them to his dressing room and has them waiting for him, with a beautifully designed card. I cannot recommend their services more. They brought my boyfriend to tears! I would use them time and time again, if I could!

Amazing artistry! I provided photos of my dogs and the likeness was incredible. Everyone recognized Lucy and Lily. And they taste great too!

I needed a quick, cute idea to ask my flower girls and ring bearer to be in my wedding. Maddy D's came to my rescue! The cookies were exactly as I wanted them and they even tasted delicious! The price was CHEAP compared to the quality I received. They were nice, professional, and fast. You've got a returning customer, Maddy D's!

I feel like this is a hidden gem. I ordered custom cookies for a Christmas party and they were perfect! The pricing was reasonable and each cookie was individually wrapped which I really appreciated. The customer service was top notch from my first interaction to pick up. Everyone said they were delicious too! Will happily order from here again!

My 40th birthday/cow theme cookie platter came out AMAZING!! The communication was awesome and prompt. The design work and details on the cookies are better than I've ever seen. The cookies taste delicious! I would highly recommended that you order cookies for your next special occasion!

I really like the Cafe..I used to go to Rojas pizza but I thought to try something new. This cafe is just before that. I ordered vegetarian burger.. it was really amazing. I clicked the picture. Must try and like the quailty and combination. Potato salad was the side which was also Amazing.

Great first visit. Will be back! Bacon egg & cheese hit differently - great!

Amazing, welcoming, and friendly customer service! My husband and I ate breakfast there, he had a breakfast burrito and I ordered the Big Breakfast. Both meals were delicious and very filling! The hot raspberry mocha coffee (with whipped cream) was delicious!

They also sell homemade cookies and you can order beautifully decorated sugar cookies as well! I tried the peanut butter and also the chocolate chip cookies…they were freshly baked that morning and so yummy!

I highly recommend MaddyD’s, felt like home, and will definitely return whenever we travel back to Jacksonville!

Omg! These cookies were such a huge hit for my daughter's and husband's graduation/retirement party. Definitely a must for special events. We look forward to trying out the lunch options as well.

I couldn’t be happier with the cookies I got for a baby girls 1st Birthday party. They were beautiful and tasty! I sent some pictures of our decor and color scheme, and she handled the rest. The cookies looked amazing, they were definitely the highlight of the dessert table! A coworker and I had lunch at the cafe when I picked up my platter, we both enjoyed our sandwiches and sides. Great place for a quick lunch if you’re in that area!

Maddy D's was outstanding. We ordered cookies for an event we were hosting (Army/ Navy football game) and the custom cookies were beyond words. The attention to detail and pride show on each cookie created. The owners were wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond to help us- even delivering the cookies!
