Came back again and got a new shirt! Again great service!!!

My wife and I stopped in here and bought an SGI Threads shirt and some Hari Mari flops (good prices and excellent quality on the t-shirt). However, they forgot to give me the discount on the sale items. We didn't notice and went about our day. About 45 minutes later, I hear someone yelling. I turn around to see what the commotion is all about, and it's the cashier from SGI. They chased us down and brought us cash to make up for the missed discount. I was flabbergasted at the honesty and they have earned a customer for life.

Popped into the store while on vacation, and found a quaint shop with nice quality clothing. The owners were on site, and they were very helpful with a sunglass selection. Loved hearing their enterprenual story, and wish them well with all the adventures ahead.

Amazing company with great customer service! Their shirts and shorts are phenomenal. They are super soft and light weight. I would highly recommend this company and their clothes!

Tried to shop here 9/10/20, when asked by the lady (she was pleasant) about a mask, I explained I had “medical condition that prevented me from wearing a mask” I was immediately KICKED OUT of the store, and BERATED by a man behind the counter named John. The man who was maybe 6’2” (I’m a 5’6” female) immediately interrupted the lady and said “YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF MY STORE” I said: “no problem, I’ll spend my money elsewhere” as I walked out, he followed me out yelling and pointing at me “WE DONT WANT YOUR MONEY” the lady kept tryin to push him back in the store, and I said “wow it takes a big man to try intimidating a small female” he threatened to call police on me, not sure under what pretense...I felt very threatened by this man, who acted as if he was coming out to physically attack me, so I reported the aggressive incident to the Apalachichola Chamber of Commerce, who were apologetic and stated medical conditions were a legitimate reason to not wear a mask as they have employees in their own office with medical conditions that prevented mask wearing as well. But I have NEVER seen a business act so aggressively to a customer mask or not, it was beyond ridiculous and uncalled for, and people should not be discriminated against OR attacked for medical conditions. Downtown Apalachichola has a GREAT shopping district and all the other boutiques I shopped with were very apologetic for my SGI Threads experience today and thanked me for shopping in their stores and town.

I can’t imagine a health issue and/or a mask setting this level of aggression off in this man, so my only assumption can be that my “TRUMP2020” tshirt was the real reason I was actually kicked out the store.
