The Happy Grilled Cheese

Every visit here is good. They always have great food, fresh, and reasonably priced. It’s one of my family’s favorite and always a plan to stop in when we’re in the area.

This is a very small place, but it does have outside seating.

As far as the sandwiches, well, like I said, the food disappeared before I had a chance to take some photos.

Stop here and get one of their many combos of a grill cheese, you will not be disappointed.

And the staff, kuddos, seeing your interactions with what are clearly tourists was amazing 👏

Great little lunch spot - a hidden gem!

Fancy pants, delicious grilled cheese options make for a great lunch served me super nice folks. They're made to order and the Crunch on the bread is just right!

Definitely definitely definitely save room for dessert and get the s'mores. Trust me. Add bacon if you're feeling frisky.

I can highly recommend Porky the Melt and my wife is a big fan of The Crunch.

Love me some small business sandwich shop vibes. A grilled cheese sandwich that'll have you day dreamin' about your next visit. Fries are sub-par at best. But no worries, the Sammie's are the stars of the show here. Pic is of the crunch melt.

If you are a cheese lover, you need to try this food! I had the pleasure of eating their sandwiches years ago at a neighborhood food truck event and it was awesome! My husband and I finally made time to visit this food truck again last weekend and it did not disappoint! I love that this truck isn't just a grilled cheese place - there are so many different options. Don't make the mistake of thinking it's "just" a grilled cheese sandwich.

I wish they were open later. I love their food. I've only had their food a few times at their food truck at events. They are mouthwatering good. I wish there were more locations. You also need a location at Jax beach, near the bars, for the late night munchies crowd. I'm sure the rent would be stupid expensive, but I think you'd do well. Biggie's Pizza and Waffle House need some better late night competition and variety, though they're good, you guys are better.

Who thought a grilled cheese could be made in so many wonderfully delicious ways. The Happy Grilled Cheese takes comfort food to a new level. This is easily one of my favorite places to grab a bite. The OMG is my personal favorite with a side of garlic parmesan fries. I highly recommend a visit to this eatery. If you don't, you've definitely missed out.

Absolutely loved this shop! Service was amazing and the person who helped us was fantastic and helpful. I got the Mac Melt and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. 100% recommend

This place is great! We placed our order online, and picked it up in the store. I got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese, and a tuna melt. The Mac and cheese is so good and maybe too much food with a sandwich. The tuna melt was perfect.

The best grilled cheese! They are priced well and fill you up. We got a BBQ and steak one. The staff were awesome!

We ordered give sandwiches and they were all awesome! Soup is great. Fries are tasty af. Get the smore and you'll have the best day in months.

Great food and prices. The guy at the counter always puts the "Happy" in Happy Grilled Cheese. I always have to stop in for a sandwich when in downtown.

Happy Grilled Cheese is a straight forward idea that Anthony and Brittny have taken to the next level. After months, maybe years, anticipating their four walls business, it is finally open and it does not disappoint.

My husband and I had went during the soft opening and they did not have any of the usual new business issues. The order came out correct, hot, and quick. Easily could swing in for a DT work week lunch and be back at your desk in an hour.

We ordered the Mac melt {macaroni and cheese} and the blue collar {three cheese, fried bologna, tomato, grilled onions}, seasoned fries, and a tomato soup dipper DO NOT BYPASS THE SOUP DIPPER, YOU NEED IT! {total $16}

It is a small location but they keep the crowd moving. Very clean and decorations are right on target, everything screams ooey gooey cheesey!

Swing by and check out the live music in Hemming Park. The area is really coming to life these days!

The staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions, depending on what you like. I went with the steak grilled cheese sandwich, and it was fire!! Definitely will go again!

The pastrami mami was very tasty. My coworker ordered the OMG grilled cheese. She enjoyed both the sandwich and fries, but I thought the fries were just okay. I would have preferred seasoned salt to the barbecue seasoning.

This is a must try for lunch. Have fun deciding which sandwich to order because they all look fantastic. You can't go wrong.

The really enjoy the variety of creative variations on a grilled cheese from here, with unique ingredients. Much like their food truck but with more selection. Whether you like simple balogna with your grilled cheese, or more premium ingredients like goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, they have something you'll like.

I love the food truck and their brick-and-mortar location is even better. Perfectly prepared grilled cheese. My fave features bbq pork and mac n cheese. Seasoned bbq fries are great too.
