Burger King

I don't normally do this but I stopped going to this Burger King years ago. For some reason I decided to try again tonight and I'm so glad I did! I ordered through door dash. Not only did it get to me with in 30 minutes, The food was fresh and hot and made absolutely correctly! I could not believe how wonderful it was. And I haven't said those words about fast food in a very long time lol. I got the candy bacon Whopper which was absolutely awesome. And I asked for half and half fries onion rings and they even gave me zesty sauce without me asking. I hope this crew knows how good they are because I'll definitely come back to this location and continue to recommend it to people. Thank you for the excellent service and the beyond excellent food!!!

Great tasting whopper & fries. They got eh food right, but the drinks were not. They sorted it out at the windows. Overall, it is worth the try for a juicy burger with cheese.

Wednesday January 03rd 2024, I ordered a double whopper plain, it came out incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious!

I honestly ate a double bacon cheeseburger the night prior from Five Guys and this burger from Burger King was more filling and tasted as good if not better.

Whoever the person was that was cooking, thank you!

I’ve had countless experiences of terrible Customer Service and Food Quality from most Fast Food Restaurants however this was different, and I appreciate your Drive Through Employee as well, she was soft spoken and kind.

The two women that took our order and handed us our food were super-friendly and made sure everything was accurate. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasted pretty good, a rarity with fast-food these days. The positive experience I encountered with the two employees is enough to make me want to go back.

I went through the drive through about 9:55 pm Wednesday night. I must say the food was awesome. I haven't had a coke in years but the coke I had for some reason was superb! Great experience at Burger King 👑 🥰

This Burger King is my new location hands down! I usually get the eggnormous burrito when I’m in a rush in the morning. The one by my house always finds a new way to mess it up unfortunately. Came here because the one by my house shut down. And I’m glad I did. They made that thang perfect! And the French toast sticks were fresh. The lady working the cash register was super nice too. Thank you maam!!

The ladies working the drive thru at this location are always super friendly. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Whopper. I added ketchup; which doesn’t come on it, and helps balance out the heat. I have to say Burger King; you guys have hit a home run with this sandwich. Please keep it permanently. Can’t wait to return and have another one. My only complaint and reason for the three stars on atmosphere; your parking lot needs serious maintenance, potholes and general debris removal.

The lady attending was nice with everyone and the food was good and it came fast.

I ordered DoorDash from them and every time they get my special orders right and I drive through sometimes for breakfast and the breakfast is always perfect. The employees really take pride in preparing that food so to them I say , Thank You!

I ordered drive through 2 meals and both came faster then I could imagine great fresh food on this run, the service was nice and snappy, but I was in drive through so atmosphere was what I made it.

I don’t know the managers name that was working tonight in the window. But she’s the Best manager I’ve ever dealt with at this Burger King. It was awesome for once to have someone speak have a smile on their face and be friendly with a customer. She even apologized for the wait which actually wasn’t even long. I love this such a big change from the usual

This Burger King location is the best in Jacksonville!! I always pre-order on the app and pick up at the drive-thru. I usually order the 2/$5 mix and match deal with Impossible Kings and add extra onions and light ketchup. I always get them well done and ask for that upon arrival since that's not available on the app. My order is absolutely perfect every time and soooo delicious!! I never have to wait long, and that's a huge bonus. The manager and crew that work here are the best this location has ever had, and they deserve recognition. They're all so nice and friendly, and I totally appreciate their excellent customer service. You'll have a customer for life! :-) ♡♡♡

We went through drive thru. We were 4 cars behind. It did not take long for us to pull up to the ordering sign. The lady said it would be a wait since there was only 2 of them in the entire store. However, the wait was not long. It seemed like the typical wait time. The food was typical fast food but thankfully not salty, dried nor burnt. And she made sure we had everything. Nothing was missing from our order.

Got the $5 Whopper Deal, lots of cool deals on the app... Professional staff, prompt service clean inside & clean parking area... I like this BK, well run... Visited today during dinner rush at 6ish pm...

Great staff, customer service, very efficient, and the breakfast was hot and good.

Worked here 5-6 times and usually eat here when I do, this is by far the cleanest Burger King I’ve been in or fast food restaurant for that mattert that I’ve seen, and I work at a lot of them. All the people here are good folks, nice as can be, especially the managers ms Ashley and Stephanie I think is the other one. A lot of fast food restaurants I will never eat at once I see the kitchen, but this one is on the opposite end of that spectrum.

All good here. Order is right and not missing anything. They give napkins and ketchup too - unlike other places where its just not happening even though u asked twice.

Without a doubt the best Burger King in Jacksonville.

Today was a great experience to .. lunch. Myself, a friend decided to sit indoors too enjoy our meal. Workers were patient, friendly a few times it got busy, lunch rush inside, drive thru, no one panicked, orders went out swiftly
