The Melbourne Preschool

I cannot say enough good things about my son's preschool experience. He attended this school for 3 years and every day I was confident in the care he was receiving. The teachers are incredibly caring, dedicated, and passionate about what they do. They treated my son like their own and genuinely loved working with him.

I never had to worry about my son's well-being while he was at school because I knew he was in good hands. The curriculum was fantastic and I could see my son thriving and learning new things every day.

I highly recommend this preschool to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their child. The staff goes above and beyond to create a safe and loving atmosphere for the children in their care. My son had the best experience here and I am so grateful for everything they have done for him.

My son has been going here for almost 3 years and it has been the best experience! Anytime there were questions or concerns, they were always taken seriously and made us feel good about having our son here. My son has learned so so much and is always coming home telling us new things. From the teachers to the office staff, we have been blessed to have our son here, and I am so sad to see him leave after VPK.

Our son has been going here since he was one. He has a great time and they are very good about communicating when something happens to him at school. He is very clumsy so I appreciate the extra eyes on him.

Such a wonderful and amazing preschool. Where do I even start?
My one year old son had never been in daycare before and the teachers and staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome. They updated me on my sons progress regularly and allowed me to call up there to check on him.
The one year old class teachers are phenomenal and they do the cutest little art projects and I loved receiving them and seeing them all hang on the wall.
The kitchen is a scratch kitchen, so, they make delicious food for the kiddos like blueberry bread/muffins and homemade pizza (which my son ate 4 whole slices!) and they always offer for us parents to try some too. I mean, what daycare feeds the adults too when they come in? It feels like family!
The owners are kind, helpful and present. Ms. Odalis and Ms. D (the directors) are a joy to see every morning and afternoon you walk in and always greet you and your child.
Lastly, they always have something planned for the week and they have cute themes and events going on. We love this school!

My daughter has been going here since she was 1yrs old. She is now 3. She loves daycare so much. There are some teachers I don't care for but it has nothing to do with the daycare itself. The owners are really friendly people. They are willing to work with you for some situations. The playground is great and their curriculum has actually taught my daughter a lot. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and will continue to keep my child enrolled until we move. Only negative is they got rid of their baby room but I understand why, just sad I can't have my son there with my daughter.

As a parent, I would like to say this is the best school I've ever encountered. Everyone works well together and handles situations quickly and professionally. My son absoutley loves it here, I've noticed a big change in him these past few months. The food is beyond amazing, chef illene is the best and meets everyone's needs.

This is truly an amazing school. When we started our daughter here she had alot of issues adjusting to the school/daycare life. The school and their staff worked with us to completely turn it around and now she loves it.

This place is a hidden gem. Well run by Alex and Rebecca with excellent staff such as Miss D, Odalis, and many others who love kids. They live their mission statement and my grandson is thriving in their encouraging, educational and clean environment.

My son has been going here for a few months and it's been really great! The staff are wonderful and I can't say enough good things about The Melbourne Preschool!

My youngest son went here for some time. In that time he was suggested/labeled Autistic, the teachers allowed all the children to invade each other’s personal space, bully, and wrestle with one another. Two times they informed me that my son bit another child, the first time my son was punished and in the wrong. The second instance my son was playing on his own minding his business when another child came and tried to take my son’s toys away, my son used his words politely to not. The other child did not listen and was rude to my son, and my son was upset. The teacher then proceeded to lecture my wife about parenting and how to raise our second child, all while having no children of her own. This school is no longer allowed to have my child. A daycare is CARE, as a business you have the privilege of me being your patron, The Melbourne Preschool has lost this privilege. $230 a week for a 3 year old, $11,000 lose on their part.
