Store is well stocked and clean. Has what I need. In a great location and easy to get in and out of the parking lot, even with a large trailer.

The staff is wonderful. Never had a problem with getting help finding things or flagging someone down for a question. It seems someone is always right there.

Lauren and Wendy at the pro desk are awesome! Always prompt, helpful and, when I am a bit difficult, patient and understanding. I look forward to seeing them there as they make everything I do in Home Depot easier.

Highly recommended.

Bev and Joe in the Paint Dept are exceptional. I had to visit the paint dept 5 times this week because of a big project and they were consistently kind and efficient and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to seeing them.

I was recently at your north Melbourne store on N. Wickham
to purchase bark (mulch) from the Garden. I could not get all the bark I needed to fit into my vehicle in one trip, so I had to split it up over two days. Both days I purchase around 20 bags and both days I was assisted by Nick. Nick was awesome!! He loaded all those bags for me into my vehicle. He was so professional and nice and i truly appreciated all the assistance he gave me. Thank you Nick!

Just went through self checkout… your sales associate Ryan was awesome! Very polite and nice! Gave eye contact and seemed very interested in our conversation! Pat on the back!!!

Today was here asking for the price of sliding door's for my shower at home, first i got care of Rick and George and and showed to me what i need and responded all my questions to have an idea about the Total cost but i was missing the cost of the installation to be able to determine the final price, so they referred me to the service desk where i talked to Dennis, first things first he ran my credit and got approved..then he took the info given to me from George and Rick and make a Quote for all the material, he gave me a copy of the Quote and send it also to my email and also put the information so Installers can contact me for an estimate..then all of a sudden i started feeling bad and in need to sit since I was going through a severe rapid low sugar episode, I told Dennis I need help to get to my car and drink liquid glucose to level my sugar i was in 60 going down more and more and need help so Dennis grab me and help me to get to the car on time where
I drank liquid glucose until i gelt better. Dennis provide an excellent Customer Service but ran the extra mile helping in an emergency.
I like to thank him in special and Home Depot for hiring specials human being.

This place is always helpful and handy. The staff provides customer service and support in every department. They have a great selection of rentals in the Tool Rental department with helpful and courteous staff.

Need fixes for an aging toilet. HD had exactly what I needed. As an elderly woman I was happy to be helped by a male associated who did not question if I was sure this was problem I was shopping to resolve!

Went in the gardening center late in the evening for some soil for my indoor tropical plants. Customer service was very helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for.

I'm thinking about doing my own outdoor led lighting. I was casually looking and began to doubt the whole idea. I was asked by Les if I had any questions. Really appreciated help from man in Garden. He offered to return my electric mower when the handle got stuck. His tenacious help analyzing the problem allowed me to go home and fix it myself.
On another visit - it would be helpful to have more people working Returns on Saturday afternoon.

The lady in the paint department was very helpful when we were trying to pick out pants for a house. She showed us how to use the paint computer and assisted us for about 15 minutes suggestion for us.

Received outstanding customer service from the customer service/returns team. I had to exchange a water heater, and they were great about looking up the information needed and helping with the exchange. The guys in plumbing were great as well and helped us with some connectors we needed for the installation. The price on the new water heater was great as well, and with my military discount I basically broke even and got a new water heater. Thanks for the great customer service.

Great service. I can’t thank you enough to Mr Joe. Who work at blinds department. I just went there to buy a tiny gear part for vertical blinds. They don’t have for sale but he looked around everywhere. Until he found it in his toolbox. He gave me couples of them no charge. He save me $$$ to buy the whole new set of vertical blinds and save me the whole day to remove and install it. After he gave me a part, it’s take me only 1 minutes to put this tiny gear.

Store is clean and organized but most importantly the lady Marie in the paint department was so knowledgeable and helpful and told us things that probably saved us time and tons of money, in short she was awesome and friendly. Thank you Marie for helping us figure out colors and all the how to steps to take.

I love Home Depot on Wickham rd. The staff is helpful & very nice. You can find most anything you need there. Pricing is about what u would expect from a store like this. I know alot if contractors used HD, but I think their pricing should be lower & favor us individuals better. The contractors pass on the cost to customers, but we absorb it ourselves. Who can we pass it to?
