TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral Area

My parents were out on a trip they had a room booked at a Hilton and when arrived they said sorry all booked up & refused to help them. It is holiday weekend so they drove around looking for rooms to find all booked or wanting 600 plus a night.
They were gonna just drive 8 hours home at 8pm.

We looked up hotels and called and got Ashley told her what happened and she held room for my parents.

Highly recommend and appreciate Ashley so much.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. I just had surgery and they brought me a wheelchair and some Gatorade. They went above and beyond to help me out. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed.

We had a few major issues when we first checked in, like no hot water and card double charged, but the management staff corrected all the issues quickly and got us to a room with hot water. All issues were resolved beyond my satisfaction! Would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent stay ! The two bedroom suite was plenty of room for our family size. The hotel was quiet and the location safe which was important to us. We spoke to several employees from all departments and everyone of them delivered great customer service. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

We needed an emergency hotel for 1 day and All the employees were so accommodating and understanding! I called to ask for an early check in and they were so quick to get me a room and upgrade me free of charge! Claudia at the front desk was just amazing and has great customer service. Super clean and large room! We will be coming back this year!

Amazing location , staff outstanding,, very helpful , everything you need all in one location , anytime I called or went to the front desk they helped with everything . I came to this location to stay after having surgery , they have a laudry room on site

Breakfast included: Coffee, Tea, Milk, Brownie, Baguels, Cereals, Yoghurt, Juice. Place is kind of small, so prefer to get early.

Clean of room is made "every other day".
Room is kind of dark, but clean and free of odors.

We totally recomend.

THE BEST HOTEL EVER!!! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. I loved it. Everything about it was perfect! The kitchen in the room, the bed, the bathroom, the pool. Ugh everything was like a dream come true. It’s such a perfect hotel I would literally live in it. Obsessed!!

Hotel was fine. Amazing service from the front desk person, her name is Melissa. She fixed our problems ASAP and brought such good energy to the hotel. Lovely stay. Hotel was average.

Cute rooms With full kitchen's kind of like a small efficiency they have long term stays and mistakes and with rewards with rewards card can save lots of money. Breakfast included

I love this hotel and staff. They are super friendly, very accommodating and the extended stay property is clean and well maintained. Once been 3 times now, in 2017 for about 10 days each time.

The beds are amazingly comfortable breakfast left a lot to be desired but david at reception.... God bless his heart..he is a beautiful human.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Stayed in a Studio Suite Queen bed pull out sofa bed, slept well, had breakfast in am oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, cheese, and yogurt. Setting around hotel is Industrial feeling.

Clean, very nice room. Very welcome staff and near many places you have to go.

Great place for family staying for vacation. Place is a little outdated but the setup of the rooms makes it all good. Breakfast is good, service was good and facilities are secured.

Townplace Suites Doral I want to tell Miss GLORIA Thanks Thanks so much for Making our stay a Memorable one. We saved so hard to have a great trip.we had a hard time finding the hotel because the Site only has 36Street Doral we called the hotel and the gentleman that answered the Phone Said we would have to turn off 107th Street which Should've been 107 Ave Finally Found it When I went to check in the guy had a nasty attitude towards us because I was trying to explain to him that the directions was wrong the Angel name GLORIA Came and Save the day just so you'll know My family and I will be back because Miss Gloria Showed us that good people still exist thanks so much Mis Gloria you showed us around the hotel and walked us to our room you stood and had a conversation with us you are truly the MVTP the company has THANKS. It's a great hotel, if you rent a car and like shopping in Miami. Miami Beach is too far away? Yes, but, certainly, prices in MB are too expensive and services are not so good. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
