Super Food and Brew

I’m already dreaming of my next visit here. Also kicking myself for not stopping in this restaurant sooner!
I of course ordered Waaay too much but I was very happy taking home leftovers and eating the next day.
The mimosa, sake, topo Chico….. sooooo many drink options here, I loved them all!

The girl behind the order counter(Tiffany) was extremely nice and personable. Honestly everyone I spoke with here was extremely hospitable, friendly, and the entire staff comes back over to check on you too which I thought was a very nice gesture given that it’s an order at the counter type restaurant. Here at super food and brew, they go above and beyond the norm and keep coming back to your table to ask if there is anything they can get you. I was highly impressed. I saw they did this with every customer in the restaurant.

Make sure to order some of the specials when here. The staple menu items are of course amazing, but throw in a special or two, try the rotating menu items. Those are just as amazing and who knows when they will come back if it’s a special. Ya gotta order it when ya see it : ) My ube ice cream and potato soup were both specials here last week and I’m very glad I tried both! Would order again.

The parking can be a tad tricky since this is downtown. But remember, after 5 or 6pm, any meter parking is free (don’t feed the meter)
Keep your eye out for a nearby meter and try and snag a spot there. I grabbed one only a block or two away and thoroughly enjoyed the short walk to and from super food and brew.

The plate presentation for every menu item ordered was perfectly placed and picture friendly.
For seating, you can choose to sit up at the bar for more of a quick service style, or, you can choose either of their two rooms to sit in and dine. I loved the big open windows here. You get gorgeous (and sometimes hilarious) views of downtown while you dine. Highly entertaining.

Now that I know this spot is less than 10 minutes from me, I will be visiting more often!

Love this find! Tiffany was excellent at hyping my selections and they didn’t disappoint 🤤 Definitely coming back. Nice for just me, but I have to tell my friends!

Best food in Jax! Food had so much flavor and so filling. Staff were very friendly. The Pretzel Sandwich, wings, and egg rolls are to die for. My new spot to eat in Jacksonville

Great spot for beer, wine and food! The Southwest salad was delicious and super fresh. The only knock would be location and the dressing which came in a packet.

Everything tasted so freaking fresh here. I absolutely love coming here. I’m currently stuck getting the same thing the last few visits. That salmon plate is perfect. The kale & spinach mix - chefs kiss. My salmon is always juicy and tender. Never dry. Even the white rice it’s served on is buttery and yummy. I’m addicted at this point tbh.

Came in around lunchtime on May 21. Staff was super friendly and helpful when explaining the menu. Service was quick. Definitely recommend the tuna poke bowl (skip the wasabi if you don’t like the spice). Mushroom coffee was excellent. Will be back!

Update: We had amazing food and friendly service again.. best kept secret downtown. Visit before you see a show at The Florida Theatre or at The Times Union Center.

Every time we are in downtown Jax doing or seeing a show this is my go to spot. So many choice of delicious healthy.. or not so healthy foods! And great offer of beers as well! Fair prices too. Counter service to order and they bring you your food. I had the salmon rice bowl but subbed greens instead. Full of spinach and a large scoop of whipped goat cheese. I asked for the dressing on the side and they bring me a generous portion of the grilled and marinated onions and tomatoes sauce in a separate bowl. We also ordered yucca fries (OMG!!! SO GOOD)! We had the superfoods salad with lovely chunks of marinated steak, and a pita sandwich (hummus, greens, tomatoes, roasted red pepper, cucumber and garlic aioli. Absolutely a must go to place! Check out the hours though.. not open on the weekends.

It was quite filling!! I loved the black bean burger I niseto know places have vegetarian meals! Good filling and loved to setting of the place it felt good and warm. 10/10 will come again

My husband and I just started our pescatarian journey and was afraid to waste our money while we were out when home cooked is always the best. Welp we gave it a try and it was very exciting! The Baja bowl was so flavorful, delicious and they didn’t not skimp on the portion size! I upgrade to salmon and added avocado and oh my LAWD!!! That was definitely IT! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!!!!
We also got the avocado egg salad sandwich and let me tell YOU!!!!! My mouth watering right now just rethinking about it. The only thing I would have added was more onion. But it was huge! I didn’t expect it to be so big and packed with so much flavor!!!! Definitely a meal all by itself.
We also tasted the Mac and cheese balls which were very flavorful on the outside but bland on the inside. If I had a dipper it wouldn’t have even mattered and I would have never know the difference. However, the black bean burger had a nice concept but was extremely bland. My hubby and I are big foodies and we are big on flavor so that was a bit upsetting but other than that everything else was good. The smoothies were delicious too!!
Will definitely be stopping again

My fiancé and I stopped by earlier today, and were so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service and delicious food. Tiffany served us and she was kind, attentive, and patient. I totally recommend this spot - quality food and reasonable prices! We will for sure be back again.

This place is great! I got the blacked fish sandwich and OH MY LORD was is just AMAZING!!!!! I will be back here again. The whole thing was constructed amazingly well! And it was only $13. Also the dessert is to die for! This time is was lemon cake! Just typing the review my mouth is watering, and I haven’t even left the place yet!!! Thanks guys for the amazing food!

This is my favorite place to get pork belly! The portion size is perfect, and the staff are very sweet and accommodating which makes a great atmosphere to enjoy the rest of my day. Perfect place to meet up with friends for a quick bite.

This is a very nice eatery in downtown. The atmosphere is good with incredible service. Tiffany is super sweet and very attentive with your service while you select a wide range of culinary delights. Tiffany is such a a blessing keeping the beverages running cold and tasty.

Glad I tried this spot! I loved the food and service was great. The owner seems very passionate about her business. I will definitely be back!

I’ve lived near this place for almost a year, and always neglected to go inside. Went twice in the last two days because the food is great and the service is better - Tiffany is amazing and very mindful of people with dietary restrictions. Such a great place to go to!

This place was great!! Tiffany was amazing, the food was so good we couldn’t believe how affordable it was. We will definitely be coming back. Love the vibes and love the attentiveness. Must try the lumpia :)

My boyfriend had Salmon BLT sandwich; I had pork belly sandwich. We really enjoyed our sandwich. Really tasty. I highly recommended the pork belly sandwich. Personally I'm not a fan of pickle, but the pepper pickle and onion pickle in this sandwich make it to the next level!

The food was phenomenal. I got the kale salad with salmon and avocado and it was delicious. The dessert of the day was limoncello cake and it took me back to Europe. If you like healthy, delicious and organic food this place is for you. I’m definitely coming back 93892936383893 more times!!

I’ve always received GREAT service at Super Food and Brew!! The Salmon Plate is my go to. The flavor in the food has never let me down. I would definitely recommend for a healthy option!!
