They didn't have what we needed but finally we had excellent service from the Associates. Pat was awesome and checked us out in an expert and friendly way. Give her 10 stars if you're at the self- checkout.

They had plenty of options for what my coworker and I needed to fix his truck. Everything was clean and well organized. I don't know if other Lowe's have it, but it was neat seeing a pull out drawer with different individual socket head sizes without needing an entire set

Great customer service. Associates were very informative and directed me to the correct area as well. Stuart did an awesome job telling me all about every washer and dryer and what my best options were for my needs. Great experience!

I'll probably be there today after I assess the wind damage from last nights storm. Not how I want to spend my Wednesday but it's nice to have Lowes close by when my home and I need help.

I went to this store in Madison Heights to pick up a few things. They had everything that I was there to get. This particular store is usually well stocked, and the men's restroom is clean, but the toilet paper is a little bit on the rough side. Other than that, I had a good shopping experience and I will continue to shop there.

It took me a while running back and forth across the store. But I found everything that I was looking for. There were plenty of staff around. But they were all busy helping customers. The only downfall was the 2 flirting with each other while 1 worked and the other didn't in the paint isle. But it was too awkward to ask them for help. I actually needed something, but the one was so busy working right where I needed to be that I decided it wasn't that important. And it really wasn't. Was going to buy paint to cover my project. But I can easily use a different color I already have at home. Overall, I was happy that I found everything that I had to have.

Had a stove delivered today by Keith & Christopher professional service and on time much appreciated!

I visited Lowe's in Madison Heights, Va last evening and had the pleasure of being assisted by Shermaine, an employee. He was very pleasant, helpful and provided excellent customer service!!! Shermaine, thank you!!!

I almost gave them 4 stars instead, but the truth is that the things that aren't perfect are really not huge deals.

We've had excellent customer service from them, the lines are rarely intolerably long, and the app is A+ for finding even the little things (like specific bolts or plumbing parts). It tells you exactly where to look for the items, and it's rare for things to be in the wrong place.

Occasionally, it will be a tiny bit harder to track things down, but the system their employees use is very accurate and they will take as long as needed to find what you're looking for. I love supporting local hardware stores, but if you need more than you can find in a little shop, I highly recommend Lowe's.

I've been here many times. Recently it seems that the help has improved. There was a guy in the lighting area that gave some significant help, the guys in the paint area have been helpful, Cody over in the tool corral was exceptionally helpful yesterday.
I've been in other stores where getting help seems like pulling teeth. These guys were actively looking to give help and were very knowledgeable in the areas they covered.

Scored these sad mums, they are currently making a full recovery. So I love scrub daddy but where did all the scrub mommy go? Divorce?

I would like to express my appreciation to the guys that load mulch, potting soil and all those bag items. I was at the Madison Heights Lowe's 25th, 26th and the 27th to get the amount of mulch I needed. I was so happy with the service I received from the guys loading bag items. Everyone was helpful! Never been to this Lowes, but thought we would stop on our Sunday drive. Found what we were looking and noticed other things. It's a clean store. Nice people work there too.

Terrific experience at this store with product availability and prices were fantastic! Shauna and John were the biggest help ever! They both had great customer service skills and were very hard working individuals! On my next visit there I will be sure to locate either one of those two people to help me with all my purchases. I can't thank them both enough for everything they did! Keep up the great work yall are doing a splendid job.

I can not rave enough about our Lowe's! They are the best staff and so willing to help! I have to drive slightly longer and pass the big orange competition store, but I am so happy to do that! I always have a great experience. Please keep dog treats at more counters ..my dog is practically famous there! Hahah
