Was really neat and clean for the most part...it is Xmas after all. The store is very well laid out and the merchandise was far better than I had seen at another Penny's in Richmond.

Ayanna at the makeup counter does a great job, She also made sure that I was comfortable very patient because I am very picky so she needs a raise. Thank you Ayanna for working with me 1 hr before closing, her manager was very helpful letting me know I could check out my other things at the same counter , GREAT CUSTOMER Service all around.

Great place show. They need more of a variety of less expensive shoes for people who has large feet 10M and up. Those sizes seemed to be more expensive. Then people who have smaller size feet

went in found what what we wanted was on sale bought 2!!

Went to Sophora great staff, I believe the sales associates name was Kamariashe wrote it down for me so I could leave her a good review, but Iost it, she was wonderful in helping me find the right perfume.

My wonderful husband Brandon and I came in to shop for curtains and we were treated so wonderful and we experienced great customer service by Mrs Wilson and her colleague. Both were very courteous and professional. This was making me feel like in the good old times, when a customer was still valued.

I love this store. Great deals, the layout is a little confusing and I find myself getting turned around. Staff is super friendly. Oh! There is a limit on items in one transactions. You can only purchase 50 items per transaction. Then you have to start a new one.

We picked up a real nice suit and pants two shirts socks a fancy watch to go with the suit. All excellent quality and a good price. Very happy with this latest shopping experience.

This is my favorite location because their store is Always Clean! The Customer Service helps you put outfits together as well. Their sales are the best and most economical for large families. I Love their Customer Service. Its beyond Excellent!

I love this place. Been getting things from here as a child, then for my children, now Grandchildren. Very affordable and clean. Not enough associates though to help customers

JCP has been engrained in my family, my mom raised me and my sister in their clothes, and always instilled in us that clearance clothes from JCP may be the same price as KMart or Walmart clothes, but they are twice as nice. So buy off-season, wait for
sales, there are a lot of them, buy clearance, but shop JCP for quality clothes and home goods!

Clean and organized store. Very helpful staff. Littlest needed a restroom ASAP and staff walked us through so we could get there the quickest way. Awesome customer service.
