Always a pleasant experience at CVS Pharmacy. The drive-thru line can be a bit long but that's expected on busy days.

However, the line moves relatively quickly. All of the pharmacy techs are always nice to me.

Came here a little over a week ago for some cat food and a few other items and had a pretty pleasant experience, the cashier named Joyce, was very nice in helping my boyfriend and I find what aisle the cat food was located at in the store, all of the other items we needed were easy to find.

Friendly staff. Yes, it’s a busy location. Yes, they can some times take a little longer than we would like. However, they are friendly and faster than many other locations I’ve been to.

Staff willing to share heaping out at any time. Very clean. Bathroom spotlessly. Products display even for handicaps

All the various automated corporate stuff like scheduling, logistics, signage, sign in, and check out were all predictably frustrating and draining, but each time I interacted with an actual human, my experience was fantastic and efficient.

CVS has always been my favorite store to shop. I always find good deals, coupons or both.

Great experience at the pharmacy drive up! I was fourth in line and gone in less than five minutes. Everyone was leaving so fast I thought that they were reading a sign that said that the drive-through was closed, but it was just actually that Khe'la (spelling?) is that fast. She’s awesome!

I like the optimum location of this store. I am always greeted when I enter the store and helped when I need it. The coupons save me a lot of money.
Before I learned of the coupons I never shopped at CVS.

The pharmacy is terrible! I was on hold for an hour and a lady picked up and before I could say a word, she hung up! I called again because I need a refill for my medicine and was on hold for another hour and they hung up again! This happens way too often! Some of the members give out wrong prescription refill information and can't even pronounce the medication name right! They need to hire some professional people with good customer service skills!

I am reading some of the reviews and wonder if I am in some sort of altered reality. I have had to have prescriptions filled here several times over the last few months. I have been really impressed with the attitude and helpfullness of the pharmacy staff. The people have seemed motivated to provide great customer service. My prescriptions have always been ready when promised. This is my store of choice.

Usually use zyrtec D for my allergies. Its actually cheaper at Walmart neighborhood market, but CVS and their pharmacy is open 24 hours. This is soooooo convenient for me. I get off work at ten pm and most pharmacies are closed. At CVS, I just walk in, show my ID, and I get my medicine. The store is well light and clean. Everything was neat and in its place. The clerk and the security guard greeted me, and the pharmacy tech served me promptly. Overall, a good experience.

Jennifer just give my vaccine at the Minute Clinic. Very kind, gentle and professional. I barely felt anything. 10/10

I'm not sure why people say the service is slow. I gave them my information, got my prescription, and was done in less than 15 minutes. Thank you CVS pharmacy!

I went in to get the Arizona green tea special and the cashier got a clerk who went into the back and got me a case, as requested. Everyone was professional, helpful and made sure I was happy. Good experience. 7.7.15
