The staff I encounter here are always nice. Clean environment, convenient location to have your packages held for scheduled pick up. Notary service is faster than at a local bank.

The is always room for improvement but I love using the UPS store for shipping. Never had an issue and I ship lots of things.

Great workers, wonderful environment, I had a very fast and easy transaction. If you need to do returns for Amazon or ship an item Definitely recommend everyone is very nice their!👌

I have been a customer of this store for more than a decade, through several staff changes, and one ownership change. They are constantly striving to deliver superior service within the rules they have to operate under, that sadly, many people do not know or want to understand, even when explained to them, whether Amazon's (returns) or the Commonwealth of Virginia (Notary Public).

I have sent packages to numerous countries from their store, and only occasionally have had to track down a lost package, often with them doing the bulk of the legwork and keeping me up to date with the status of the item.

I cannot think of a better business partner.

The staff members were incredibly nice and helpful and went above and beyond to address all my shipping needs. they patiently answered all my questions, offered guidance, and even provided valuable suggestions to ensure my packages were securely packaged and efficiently shipped. Store was also organized and their self service kiosks are an additional plus! I definitely recommend this UPS location above any other and i will continue to do business with only them!

The staff handles customers diligently, to say the least! I wish I had gotten the names of the employees that helped me when I had to package my own order there.
The three present staff (a young man with a beard, an older man, and a young woman) helped me during a big customer rush. They not only managed it all smoothly, but made sure I got the assistance I needed without ever making me feel like I was slow or foolish, which I greatly appreciate.

A very friendly and kind group of employees at this store has , whenever I come in with my Amazon returns they get it done quickly so I’m in and out ! as far as printing return labels for my Amazon returns go I wouldn’t mind paying $5 for the print out since the employees there always take care of everything and i never had a problem with either ups or Amazon on my returns. Would recommend other customers to stop by here !

As a mom who always brings my kids on errands, I appreciate how quick and friendly the staff is. Every time I go in for Amazon returns, I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. Keep up the great customer service!

Staffs in this particular UPS store are very professional. I don't think I can say that for all UPS stores. Extremely clear on what I need and what they do, so what more can I ask from parcel service? I've been a frequent customer for many eBay listings, and I mean many, and my buyers have been very satisfied with the service, meaning these people do their job well.

Also, the store was very aware of COVID-19 situation from the very beginning of the pandemic, and has kept the store operation, while keeping them and customers safe. This, I think, is a super positive aspect of the store. Strongly recommend this store to everyone in the neighborhood.

I always receive a very fast and friendly service in this location but something even more special happened today. I've had my box there for 2 years since my packages were getting stolen and opened when delivered to my home. I have reduced my stress 100% since being at this store. I get email notifications when a parcel arrives so that I can easily pick it up after work. The staff is exceptional and the store is under new ownership. They take care of their customers. I've always felt comfortable leaving or having my mail delivered from or to here. They have great hours and have added administrative services such as scanning and professional printing.

Professional staff, well managed, and proactive. No mail service is 100% perfect but this UPS store does everything in their power to make it so.

Siwoo was an outstanding clerk and gave me perfect service in and out in a flash and he also complemented the beautiful package and box my fiance created to do the shipping.
