Victoria and Marissa have been helping me with renting a storage unit. I had spoken to Marissa over the phone and she was very informative. When I came in person Victoria help explain it further and walked me through the whole process. Definitely a great team.

I now have three rental units at the Manassas Euclid location. The online process was super easy and fast. Victoria was great and helped me with getting the exact units I needed next to each other.

Carrie is an amazing employee. She was there when I first went to open my account with public storage. She made the entire process really easy and also called to remind me about downloading the app to make opening the gate much easier. Public storage needs more employees like Carrie.

I rent a 5X10 unit with this facility since 2019 and I want to switch to smaller unit for next year. The staffs at the office are very kind and helpful, they are trying their best to assist me, especially Ms. Carrie, love her attitude and advice, thank you very much for your care, patience and support, Carrie, you made this switch much more easier, really appreciated.

Dave was absolutely amazing. I came in last minute hoping there would be a unit - during this time I was pretty sure my chances were slim. He was so kind and understanding, listened to exactly what I needed and why and found the perfect unit that had just opened up! He walked me down himself, showed me the unit, answered my questions before I needed to ask and made me feel so comfortable knowing my items would be safe and protected. I am beyond happy and grateful with the service and time Dave took to truly show they care about their customers. I would recommend this particular location to ANYONE!!!
