The Aspen Mountain Residences

I stayed here for a week and it's a nice property. Great pool, 2 hot tubs, and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to the staples of the St. Regis and Little Nell and 2-minute walk to great restaurants and shopping. We were there in the off season so there were a few minor issues, but I have no doubt they are firing on every aspect 99.8% of the time.

Only a few minutes walk to the center of dining and shopping in the heart of Aspen. Nice pool, ho tub, breakfast lounge and very new feel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Grand Aspen! We used the shuttle service to pick us up at the airport upon arrival. Our accommodations were very comfortable and our room opened up to a large fire pit, which was a beautiful welcome on check -in. The kitchen area and table was spacious for up to 8 people; and included amenities such as a nice large built in refrigerator, Viking microwave, gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room pulled out into a full-size bed, if needed. There’s also a washer/dryer in the room. Perhaps the most exciting feature of the room is the shower/jets/steam/jacuzzi in the bathroom! The private steam room was absolutely a delight and was a great way to be pampered at the start of the day!

Whenever we needed any supplies, they were immediately delivered to our room. The valet staff/service was always available, friendly and helpful. We also used the concierge desk to ask for suggestions on what to do, and were given very useful suggestions.

The location is walking distance to the city center and Ajax Mountain. We did not even need to rent a car, since the shuttle service was always available. Overall, we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at the Hyatt Grand Aspen!

We had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beyond clean. The valet parking was convenient, and the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to most things in downtown aspen. (short walk for your morning coffee!).
I was very impressed with the quality of the appliances and amenities here as well!

Had a wonderful time at the Aspen Mountain Residences. Aside from the Little Nell, which is right in front of the lift, you can't get a better location to stay in Aspen. It's about a 3 minute walk to the gondola with restaurants and shops all around you. Roger, who I believe is the GM and his staff, are very nice and friendly. The ski valet within the hotel was a pleasure to deal with as well.
We considered the St Regis too for our stay, which is right next door. They had a similar cost per night for a standard room, and it is more of a full service hotel that is appealing to us, but I am so glad we stuck with this property. Most of the rooms are apartments. We had a full kitchen, dining table, fireplace, two terraces, and were blown away by the accommodations and location of this hotel. Aside from all of the resturants near by there is a nice grocery store a few blocks away, so all of my worries about not having a restaurant within the property were all for not. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Aspen Mountain Residences if you're considering a stay in Aspen, especially if you're getting 1 bedroom accommodations or larger.

The Hyatt is located in a prime spot in downtown Aspen. The rooms are amazing and the staff was very friendly. Even though you are in the center of town and can walk most places, the hotel has cars that can pick you up or drop you off if the weather is not food. The view from the room was great as well. If you can stay here so it. The pool is also heated all year long.

The location is perfect, right near the center of town. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, well appointed and maintained, and a pleasure to relax in. The staff is outstanding, within a day or two they remember your name and room number. The folks at the concierge are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Amazing staff & beautiful place. My husband & I eloped to Aspen, the staff ( Lindsey) was fantastic, helped me get dressed and surprised me with champagne! The day couldn’t have been less stressful, carefree & full of laughs. Thoughtful enough to drive us to the gondolas then to Smugglers Park for pictures. I simply cannot day enough about the staff!!! They made the trip, aside from the ceremony of course!

The Aspen Mountain Residences is truly an icon property in Aspen. This luxury condo complex is located mountain side - the perfect ski mountain getaway with excellent amenities - concierge, fitness center, fire pits, ski shop, pool and hot tubs. Management staff was excellent to work with.

My family and I have been coming to the Hyatt for many years in the summer and winter. The service, comfort, and rooms are exceptional. Additionally, the location cannot be better for both seasons. Many of the staff have been there for years and gratefully cater to your needs whether it be taking you somewhere or making reservations for you. The rooms and beds are luxuriously and comfortably decorated. Highly recommend.

My wife and I came out here for our summer vacation. It's a beautiful hotel in such a broke location. Great food options all within walking distance. We had an amazing room with a nice view and a balcony with a hot tub. Over all loved it and planning our next trip back in the winter!

While maybe not the most upscale hotel in Aspen, it's a great facility, with excellent fit and finish with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are well appointed, with excellent appliances, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. The year-round pool and hot tub are the norm, but still welcome. The only downside is the Continental breakfast. While it's nice to be able to grab something, they'd almost be better not offering anything or just offer it as "light fare available"and recommend places nearby for breakfast. The coffee was perpetually empty. A place well worth searching out if you're headed to Aspen.

Lovely property in the beautiful town of Aspen. Great location if you don't want to drive. We only took our car out once in the week we were there. We went on so many hikes walking distance from the property.

Beautiful, spacious room with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown Aspen. Would highly recommend!

Reminds me a lot of the Ritz-Carlton in Vail. Lots of wood accents very lodgy feeling. Staff is super nice and they're dealing with covid the best they can. The best thing is that it's about 100 yards to the steps of the gondola so why it's not ski and ski out it's about as close as you can get!

The General Manager and entire staff around the property were absolutely exceptional. Every interaction we had was warm, positive, and hospitable. We felt every little detail was taken care of from airport pick-up to drop-off. Our room was luxurious with gorgeous mountain views and superior amenities (Viking appliances, L'Occitane products, fireplace, steam shower, full jet tub, et al). Quieter than other luxury hotels, which we appreciated. Furthermore, location, location, location. Steps away from the Silver Queen Gondola with plenty of great dining and shopping in every direction, plus complimentary car service to get you anywhere else you need. As we explored the town, we stopped by the Little Nell and St. Regis - the two other hotels we considered booking - and were disappointed at their properties compared to the Hyatt Grand Aspen. In fact, we couldn't believe that our favorite part of the trip was simply coming home to relax! We are avid travelers for business and pleasure, and have tried everything from cheeky Airbnbs to Forbes 5-Star Rated hotels. This is by far our favorite property we've ever had the pleasure to visit; a very special trip to us thanks to Vic and his lovely team. We cannot tell you how much we adored our week with you. You are the epitome of hospitality. We have found our new home in Aspen and will be back for many years to come. Prospective travelers: if you're on the fence about where to stay, don't look anywhere else. Book the Hyatt Grand Aspen!

A great resort time share right at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. Walking distance to just about anything you might want in Aspen. Excellent quality facility with warm rich wood appointments.

Great place to sleep and catch up on some zzzzzs.
Also great staff, Very helpfull finding things to do. They were knowledgeable about the surrounding area and knew all the hotspots. Where to go out at night and where to hike.
We also enjoyed the fact that at this Hyatt location , Everything was sooo perfect.
Our bed and room was romanticly inviting.
It smelled clean like fresh lemon and pinegrass.
Everything was arranged nice and neat. Even the towels, perfectly folded.
I know this is a Hyatt. And you get what you pay for. Ive been to many places around the world. However this one stands out. This one should be put on your bucket list spend at least two weeks here like I did.
Get to know everyone and all the cool bars and restraunts are around town.
Meet the staff personally and find out where all the cool hiking spots are.
This is the place youll allways want to come back too. I know cause i cant wait to return..

This place is really welcoming. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit, and it does give a good feel of "Your home away from home 🏡". Plus Aspen's weather around mids of March is great!
