Mountain Falls Grill Room

Went to Mountain Falls Grill with a friend yesterday, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. My friend ordered the black and blue steak salad, while I opted for a refreshing side salad and the mouthwatering Irish potato chips. These fresh made chips were a homemade delight topped with nacho cheese, chicken, bacon, green onions, and accompanied by a side of sour cream. The chips were delightfully crispy and light. To conclude our meal, I savored a slice of cheesecake drizzled with chocolate syrup, while my friend indulged in the decadent chocolate cake. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mountain Falls Grill and still continue to support this establishment!

Their service has stepped up. One of my best server's in the whole world has found her home after she lost her home because where she had worked for many many years, closed. The servers, they have are now are friendly, helpful, patient and charming!

Took the drive out from Vegas and used a Restaurant.com coupon to find a phenomenal little oasis here! Good food and perfect service. $1 mimosas and bloody marys on sunday was a nice little touch. We're told Sunday mornings always packed and to make reservations in advance. We didnt know but they made it happen! Both are good signs of a quality establishment! After a very nice meal we took a house hunting tour around the beautiful 55 + developments within Mt. Falls to find reasonable priced upscale homes and simply wonderful people. A Golf course sucess is many times determined by the clubhouse quality and this is now our fav new spot to consider golf life retirement! Many thanks for a great experience to Mt. Falls Grill Room owners, management, main hostess and our server Anastasia! You rock!

Love it here. Came with my aunt for lunch the first day we visited her. Attentive service, good food, and excellent prices for members.

My first time having Irish Nachos, and it did not disappoint. Nice large servings. Enough to share and even take home. Freshly fried potato slices.

Returned the next day for round two. Our server from the previous day recognized us and even knew our drink orders! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely come back my next trip to Nevada.

We biked over from our campground and stopped here for the loveliest breakfast on the outdoor patio. The vegetarian burrito and huge coffees were outstanding. The interior space was also lovely with photography from the surrounding landscape.

Is a nice place to chill for lunch. The food is great and within budget.
The atmosphere is what makes this place so pleasant.

Must go to. Cheap bites, beautiful scenery, amazing service. Melanie was our waitress she was so so so lovely, can’t wait to come back!

Perfect atmosphere great view and nice food for a price that's low, especially when you are used to the prices of Las Vegas.

My steak was delicious and the server was very attentive and nice! Also came back and tried the blackened Mahi Mahi and raspberry cheesecake 😋

For those of you commenting about the patio being dirty, ITS THE OUTDOORS! I come here often and see how hard they work to keep it clean. One waitress even told me that they do power wash weekly and wipe seats as needed but there’s nothing you can do when the birds takeover. But I have noticed that this year there has been a crow invasion and they peck at the food and the sugar packets are the birds main goal. I hate to see people feeding the birds but then complain about bird poop. COME ON PEOPLE ITS NATURE! We are invading their home. I saw about 20 birds the other day of course they can’t keep up with the cleaning when birds are constantly eating and doing the natural thing of pooping.

It’s not a fancy restaurant - biz or casual attire and atmosphere here are just fine. There is plenty of indoor seating for those who prefer it. I choose to eat outside, facing the golf course, mountains, and pond with fountains. The prices are reasonable, I’ve always been pleased with whatever I’ve ordered, and I always receive great service. I enjoy meeting here with clients & friends.

Won't go anywhere else in this town besides the grill room, always great service and food 😋

Never once have we been disappointed! I dare say I have a slight addiction to the Cuban sandwich. 😩🖤
