Tire Works

The whole Tire Works team is great. Travis took the time to find me a fair deal on some tires for my truck. Ashlyn swapped my spare on and got us on the road until the replacements came in today. When I showed up at 5:30 Travis was out in the shop making sure his whole team got the customers taken care of and the whole team getting to go home at a decent hour. As always, another great customer service experience!

Travis was very nice and very helpful. He got everything he needed from me to get my oil change done. Said it would be done in 2 hours, but actually it was a little faster. The whole experience was very nice. I will absolutely return for any other car issues I have. Very professional and responsible. Customer service was fabulous, not found in Parump very often. Highly recommend these folks.

After only having our New/ Used truck 5 days. - we had 2 blow outs!! Learned that TEAM CHEVROLET in VEGAS sold us a 2021 truck with ALL DRY ROTTED TIRES - including the spare!! we called our localTire works where the manager is a real stand up guy. He gave us a GREAT DEAL on OUR NEW TIRES that also came with a GREAT WARRANTY !! (truly I think the employees were sympathetic to our situation ) the guys there treated us like family yet very professional. They had our NEW TIRES installed and had us on our way in a sufficient amount of time. We feel safe now in our new/used truck & will definitely be returning for any future repairs/ oil changes. My wife and I had a recent blowout on a highway and we had to use a spare tire to get into Pahrump Nevada. Tire works were the only ones who had the tire available for our vehicle. They changed out all four tires promptly and the price was even right.the service was friendly and we felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Outstanding Service!!!!

I was on a solo vacation in the area, and I had a flat tire in Badwater in Death Valley. Yeah... last place you'd want to have a flat. Was a straight and through puncture.

I had to build a platform out of rocks to get the stock jack in the rental truck to get enough height to let me swap out the spare.

I limped into Parhump and made my way to tire works. I walked in dusty and dirty from the desert, and behind schedule.

The entire Tire Works team was very responsive to my emergency. And within 20 minutes they had me fixed and changed out and back on the road.
Furthermore, they refused payment, which was unnecessary, but much appreciated.

My only regret is that I am not local, as they have made a loyal customer for life.

***UPDATE!!!*** as of 06/06/2024***
I went in on Friday May 31st 2024 to get an oil change and to address a check engine light issue which ended up being a mass air flow sensor coming in at $369.99 for the part itself and $74.00 for the labor plus the $53.86 for the oil change... All other obvious issues aside... As of today Monday June 3rd 2024 my car starts up and goes right out the check engine light is still on did they rotate my tires and my tire sensors are all saying that the tire pressures are low even though the tires are fine the pressure is fine when I check it with the gauge... I was going to take it in this morning but I can't drive the car there I have AAA I was going to get it towed but why should I do that when my car was running perfectly fine before it just needed an oil change and a mass air flow sensor nothing else was wrong with my car... This is why I've only taken it to the dealer before when I deal with outside mechanics with these little companies where they're not trained and you're not interested in learning any type of customer service skills. So I called the corporation this morning and I spoke to someone named George who refused to give me his last name for security reasons even though they have my credit card my last name my social my birthday... Red flag number 200...now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to get back to me to resolve the issue and in the meantime I cannot drive my car to the store if I wanted to I cannot go to Uber which I do part-time to get some extra money to pay for the $564.19 bill... This is what I get for not following TMH YAH!!! Mind... It would have been better if I had just taken it into Planet Nissan in Las Vegas in the first place and just waited around there cuz I waited around there and now my car doesn't run I can guarantee you that would not have happened at Planet Nissan. Tip to tire works, there's no breaking period for a mass air flow sensor as I was told by Mike the manager at tire works in Pahrump Nevada. I've had Nissan in Torrance California change my whole front end put a transmission in doing major work in my car never had to go through a break-in. I haven't been told about a break-in period since they have points and distributors in cars... Misinformation is still lie. Please view the video and see the picture below...

TRAVIS ENDED UP HELPING ME OUT AFTER I INITIALLY REFUSED HIS HELP THIS MORNING AND CALLED 'CORPORATE', the tow truck came and got my car and took it to the shop and I'll hear something about it tomorrow, Travis resolve the situation as of now... TO BE CONTINUED... On Thursday June 6th 2024 I got my car back, Travis took care of the whole thing in my car runs better than it did before I took it into the shop, if I could give them 10 stars I would, the whole crew was very helpful and Travis took care of the situation professionally and with a firm hand I'm so thankful have a good one guys!!!🫡💯

Trevor and Keith were awesome...they were honest and did a great job. He said it would be several hours because they were booked up but it was worth the wait and I believe they did quality work. I would recommend these guys to everyone who wants an honest and reliable mechanic!!!!

Fixed my tire leak, which was a nail, and included removing wheel, finding the leak, took tire off rim, repaired leak, remounted tire on rim, put wheel back on vehicle, and charged me exactly $0.00 to do it. Had to wait a bit, but understandable considering they're fixing tires for free. Great place!

Awesome customer service! It took longer than i expected for an oil change because they were short staffed and super busy. Not complaining at all. Was worth the wait for the excellent service! Highly recommend these guys and i will continue to give them my business.

The person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. He greeted me with a smile and found out who I was and why I was there. He let me know they would contact me if I needed anything else. I asked him if they could check all the fluid levels since I was leaving on a road trip soon. I was there for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. The work was completed in about 2 hours. I had a 9 am appointment. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done!

The guys at TireWorks in Pahrump,NV are great. They do pay attention to details when asking about your vehicle. They try to always fit you in even when they are swamped with work. It’s too bad they don’t have two stores out here. We could use another TireWorks!!

I just wanted to say what a great job these guys do. I have gone to them multiple times and can always trust they will do a great job! They care about their customers so if you need work done on your vehicle they are who I would recommend.

The folks there were very helpful.
Went in for tires. They were able to get the tires I wanted and the price was very reasonable.
They also suggested other work I knew the car needed. Overall I was very happy with the work and the people there.

I had received a quote from another dealer but it was very vague. I went to Tire pros and received a detailed report and inspection. I knew exactly what the issue was and Travis is Fantastic. Answered all my questions. I can drive my car with confidence.

A big thank you to Tireworks and their staff. I brought my car in for its routine oil change. Travis was the one who helped me. Right away I was welcomed and did not feel rushed when I was explaining why I was there and as well as telling him about some other issues I had going on with my car. Travis was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Lawrence was the mechanic who performed the oil change, a big thank you to him as well. After my car was done Travis took the time to explain the inspection report they did and made it easy for me to understand and well as gave me some advise in regards to a few codes that were popping up. I am really happy with my overall experience there today and will be returning for future services!

Wow! Fast, efficient service! Had to leave my car overnight, while they ordered my special tires. They kept my car safely locked inside their shop overnight. The tires arrived earlier than expected the next morning. They phoned me when it was necessary. Very good service with friendly, courteous staff! We will be back for any future tire needs and let our friends know of the very good service they provide when you need it!

This place was amazing. We needed an emergency tire change, and they did it all quickly enough that we could still catch our flight. They were also kind, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend!!

I brought my Tesla in for new tires. They didn’t have the pucks to lift my car but I had them in the car.
New Tesla’s don’t come with the xtra anymore. I was aware of that and bought them and put them down under.
They were very busy and still very nice to work with.

Manager Travis was knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. Service was prompt and the pricing was reasonable. They were referred to me by a friend and they lived up to their advertisement.
