Wells Fargo Bank

Went in yesterday to set up my business account. Had an excellent experience. Johnny, the banker who assisted me could not have done a better job. He answered my long list of questions. He really took time and care in explaining everything and setting up my account. Friendly and personable. Very happy with my choice in this Wells Fargo branch.

We’ve been banking here for 6 years now. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we get at this branch. Everyone is super friendly and knows us by name. We now have 3 teens who have started first savings, then checking accounts. Every time, our experience has been special for them. Lucinda “Baby” Bell is a great banker, with a warm heart. In the days of online banking (which is nice), it’s still lovely to have a local branch that has friendly smiles, great service and knows small town faces.

ATM is in the back...Just FYI. Great staff and they remember my name even though I'm in only rarely. always sweet if i don't know them. I had my credit, and savings here so when I started looking for a house I started with Wells Fargo Financing. I should had looked a long time ago, I was in my new home in 6 months... from just thinking about it to moved in. I got the best % and 0 down. best deal in the state.

No ATM.

I called this branch earlier today and wanted to come in and do a wire transfer. I was told that an appointment was required and that somebody would call me later. I waited until 30 minutes before closing time and called back and was told that it would be sometime tomorrow Before anybody would call me back to set up an appointment. I found that extremely terrible service. I need to make this transfer as soon as possible. I will be rethinking my association with Wells Fargo.

Terrible hours. Opened an account online bc I couldn’t get in there. They took my money but didn’t send me an ATM card. They won’t mail a check but said they would mail another ATM card . Since I don’t wanna have to wait another month to find out, it never came I’m going to have to take time off from work to go to their location, which I tried calling and nobody answered. Worst most inconvenient bank ever!! Save yourself the aggravation and bank elsewhere. They hold your money hostage

Turned off my business debit card over a transaction dispute leaving my business with no card to use for 7-10 business days until the new one arrives. Can't use digital wallet with many of my distributors or ACH. Was told to withdraw cash and buy pre paid gift cards for my ordering in the meantime. Wells Fargo does not care about small business.

Charged an annual fee on a card I never received & cancelled. Takes 25 day to receive refund on secured credit card deposit after 2 weeks of not having access to my funds. Wells Fargo = Bad Business.

The people that work here are kind, but if you are still banking with WF I highly recommend joining a credit union or getting a Schwabb Investor Checking account. Truly an abysmal company.

Every time I speak to someone at this branch, they give me different information, very hard to do business with.

Long waits and not helpful, I plan to bank somewhere else.
