The UPS Store

I’m not sure why everyone seems so dissatisfied with this location. The ladies are always working very hard and have been polite toward me. Sure, they are busy and not talkative but they are probably exhausted from dealing with rude people all day long. Not to mention they have a very busy work day as everyone has pointed out by the long lines. If they were to be more chatty and friendly, people would complain and say they’re too chatty and take too long with each customer. I think they do a great job, keep it up ladies! :)

I see lots of bad reviews on here so wanted to post a good one. I think this store is physically to small for the volume they do. The employees are amazing and do their best every day to help everyone coming through the door. The owner may want to consider a larger store to help with the congestion.

I have never had a problem here all of the ladies that work in there are super nice and super helpful. I have dealt with Karen and Roby several times and they couldn’t of been more polite and helpful. I give them five stars. I look forward to going there and doing business with them. It is always such a pleasant experience, even if I do have to wait, which is not that often.

All of the staff is wonderful and professional. We've been renting a box for 5 years now, and would go nowhere else to do so. Recently, I needed help with mailing an item, and felt so embarrassed to ask for assistance, because I have health issues, but Machelle gave me a smile and said no problem... and there wasn't. She did everything, literally! And I couldn't have thanked her anymore. These ladies know how to get the job done, and treat the customers.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I've been using them for several years now. I mostly go in for Amazon returns, but have also used them for personal shipments.

Granted, the wait time is sometimes inconvenient. But I have never seen an employee lollygagging around. They're always busy doing something.

And I recently shipped a personal package to an address that was not in their system. It was a newly assigned UT address, out in the boonies. I assured them of the address's validity and they accepted responsibility. The package arrived safely and on time.
I would recommend them.

And you reviewers who call them names are just rude. They work hard from what I have witnessed.

We've come here multiple times for item returns and they have always been helpful and we've had no problems. Service was quick and easy. They charge for taping up boxes which makes sense to me, since they use their own materials and time. They offer a computer for 3 dollars minimum for business. They offer printing and fax services which have definitely helped us in the past. Very convienient place.

I've never had a problem here! Even when one of the store workers speaks a little rude, or the way they say something is comes off maybe rude? (They don't mean to) i remain positive, calm & go about my day! five stars all the way because they do work hard, and they put up with extremely rude customers on a daily basis! This UPS store is fantastic! We are here in town for my father’s funeral and had to make some last minute changes to the program. We ended up having to print 150 of them on the same day as the service and the UPS store printed them with no fuss. Double-sided and in color. The store manager was very quick and pleasant. The store is clean and well kept. The machines are new and very fast. Every customer was tended to in order and satisfied with the stellar customer service. This print job meant a lot to us as it has memories and a lot of love in the printed program. And the staff expressed their condolences to us. I highly recommend this location of the UPS store without reservation. You will not be disappointed!

I am visiting the area from out of town and needed to ship items for my business. The staff working at the store were incredibly courteous and helpful. I needed to print onto a certificate paper and they assisted me and helped me figure it out. Shipping was a smooth process as well.

I have been In this store many times . It is busy but the customer service representatives are amazing and so helpful and efficient. They are wonderful and exhibit great teamwork! Thank you!

Great service. Even if there's a lineup, they handle everyone quickly & patiently. Debby was especially helpful & patient to me when I was sending an Amazon return & the label wasn't printing easily & there were many people coming in the door. She still stayed cool & professional.

I took a box here to be sent via UPS. I also needed to print a label and buy some stamps. Though they were extremely busy I got excellent attention and care from Gerry who assisted me. The shop was clean & cool (middle of summer, very important to ratings!) The other lady working was also friendly and personable. Both were able to assist the customer in front of them and multi-task with other customers while remaining professional and friendly. Gerry was especially attentive & kind. I will absolutely go back here!

I don't quite understand the negative reviews. This place was as busy as a retail outlet on Black Friday. People just never stopped coming. And this was on a Monday!

I had interactions with both Anita and Kim. Even though, I believe, Anita was new, they both were exceptional. Standing in line gave me the chance to observe all the employees. Everyone took the time and made the effort to make sure each person was properly taken care in the proper way. Anita made sure I had no questions and if she didn't know the answer she asked Kim.

The associate was super nice. Our shipment was painless and quick. We need to meet and deal with more people like we did here. Thank you!

I first came here because this was my only local option for large format printing in Pahrump, which made me a bit wary initially. However, the lack of competition hasn't been an issue. I have had excellent customer service at this store and am always greeted with a smile (even when I squeak in at the last possible second before they close to pick up a print job!) I really appreciate this aspect of doing business here.

I have not done any mailing/delivery business here, only printing of brochures and artist prints for the business I own. The print jobs are sometimes complicated and they have taken the time to get clarification whenever necessary and their turn-around time on orders has been fantastic!

I have read some people complain about pricing at this store but from what I have read they have all been trying to print single copies of something and the prices are not for the single copy but a minimum computer rental charge, which as a small business owner myself, I feel is quite reasonable. I have been extremely satisfied with the prices I have paid, especially for the value of the products received.

I use this site for business proposes on a regular basis. They have always been kind, professional and speedy. I deal with legal documents that have needed to be filed out of state many times and they were always understanding to my needs. At one point the staff felt like family! Great folks.

Came in needing a notirized document and Robyn Stevens helped me out quickly with friendly service. I will recommend to all.

One stop shop for everything from printing, shipping, packing, faxing and cards for any occasion. The ladies are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are always personable and upbeat.

The employees here are very busy. We had papers notarized here to sell our house. They were very thorough and quick. My thanks for the good service.
