I love wonderful food. The dishes we were served tonight, simply wonderful!! Granted, I've only had Thai food 2-3 times, I couldn't tell you what's what. The flavors were wonderful, the service was beautiful. I only got the minimum "hotness" and probably could have taken the next level...

The restaurant was empty upon our arrival, but it was quickly filling up with people shortly after we arrived. The waitress was prompt, friendly, and seemed to know the menu well. We asked for some recommendations and we went with her suggestions. Despite the restaurant getting very busy with just the one waitress, she kept up quite well. Our food came out very fast, and the portions were enormous!! We ordered rice and pad Thai noodles, and we will be eating that for the next few days. I understand why our friends highly recommended this restaurant here in Pahrump. I assume my wife and I will be frequenting it regularly.

The food here was Great, Service was Amazing. The Drinks are Excellent.
I would recommend them to anyone.

We were staying in Pahrump as a base for Death Valley, and this meal was by far the best of our trip.

We arrived at 6:30pm and were seated at the bar because the restaurant was packed. If you can make a reservation in advance, I would recommend that. Note that they close at 8pm, as do many restaurants in Pahrump.

Egg rolls, pad Thai, palm juice, stir fried pork basil, all delicious.

Only one waiter for the whole dining room (who would also stop to take phone orders), but she had the best service personality and made the incredible workload look easy.

We had a view into the kitchen and the chef was clearly skilled and running a great team.

The menu had it all. Desserts looked delightful but we were too stuffed from the huge entree portions.

Nice casual mead and cider place next door, too, to check out before or after the meal.

Delicious and fresh salad and Tom Kah soup. Beautiful job.
Latest visit 1.10.24 - Easily one of the best restaurants in Pahrump. Food is always fresh, high quality ingredients and delicious. Yellow curry chicken is my favorite. The spring rolls are beautifully prepared and Tom Kai soup is excellent. Satay chicken appetizer is great. Friendly staff who works hard to please. Can't go wrong here.

If I could I will add one extra star! This is fantastic place with excellent Thai food! Who would expected such a treat in rural Nevada. Everything in that place was great: dishes were freshly prepared and flavorfull. Spiciness of the dishes was explained and appropriate spices given if you like your food extra hot. Presentation and the way dishes were served was fantastic - from water to the main courses. There was a bit of a wait time( while your dish is being cooked) but at the end it was all worth. .

Great food! The dumplings and drunken noodles (spice level "4") were both delicious. We ordered out from Stonewise Mead & Cider next door and it paired wonderfully. Very happy with the recommendation. Our waitress was very busy but did a great job!

We got carry out from here on the last night of a vacation. Glad I found it. The food was really good, the portions were great and the prices were reasonable. Really good break from the burgers etc of typical vacation eating.

It's a mead and cider bar. Specialty brew made there. They have cheese and cracker plate but encouraged to order from the restaurant next door or bring your own. Their brew is good depending on what you like. Nice place and staff. They have board games or bring your own. Overall fun place to relax.

Me and my wife do a lot of traveling, and thai food is our favorite food. We have been to over 100 Thai restaurants over the years. This is our new favorite Thai place. The food was amazing, Best Penang curry I have ever had. My wife had the pad see ew, which is what she gets 95% of the time.... and it was her favorite pad see ew as well. The staff was also absolutely amazing. ☆☆☆☆☆

Driving through and wanted something flavorful and this did not disappoint. Very fair prices and large portions. My drunken noodles was easily best I've had. Lots of choices but not too many. It's a little hard to see from the street but the sign on the building is nicely lit.

Honestly, the highlight of our time in Pahrump and probably the best Thai we've had. My hubs continues to rave about it. We ordered our usual grub fare such as the Pad Thai with shrimp and Pad See Ew with crispy pork belly. I also got a Thai iced tea since we were on vacation.

The pad Thai had generous portion of toppings. The shrimps were plump, the noodles were al dente and perfectly seasoned. No complaints and my husband cleared the plate without pause. My pad see ew was a big portion for me that I ended taking about half home. The crispy pork belly was the star here since they were fried to a chip consistency.

The Thai tea was a bit meh since I thought it was too sweet for my liking. I would have preferred more tea flavor and less milky sweetness. Overall, I would definitely find myself a regular if I lived here or returned to the area.

Don't miss out on this amazing Thai restraunt in Pahrump NV. Flavors were out of this world. Portions are generous and more than enough to share. With that being said I ordered 3 entrees. Amazing staff and clean atmosphere.

Easily, by far, the best meal I've had in Pahrump in the last 15yrs of coming out here. And not just Pahrump, Chatthai could easily hold its own and more in a town ten times larger. Such good food, such a good variety of dishes, and generous and friendly staff.

Absolutely loved this place and the food was on point. The balance of flavors and spices for each dish I had ordered was mesmerizing. I would 100% recommend it to others.

I’ve travelled by pedal bike to Thailand, Laos and Cambodia 3 separate times for a total of 6 months time and this is some of THE BEST Thai and Laotian food I’ve come across outside of SE Asia. Maybe the best, hard to judge. THe Laotian style Papaya salad is killer. All the curries rock (get the egg on top FOR SURE!) When you can hear and see the chef Pok poking the mortar and pestle for your Som Tum, you know you’re in the right place. Pork Belly and wings are highly recommended also.

Fast Service very good food! Lottie was our server she was amazing! It was busy, and fast! her & the cooks are hard excellent workers! This has been one of the best restaurants I’ve been to so far in Pahrump! 💯

Lottie was our waitress and was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was super busy but she took the time to describe dishes and answer our questions. Plus, she was so cheerful and her explanations were top notch. The food was super delicious and there were really good options.
