First time ever visiting an adult store and I was embarrassed at first, but a super nice worker there named Marlo helped me out. Very nice, answered the questions I had, as well as being informative about the items I had no idea that I needed to know about. Would visit again.

From the minute we walked into the store the staff was so warm, kind, and welcoming. It’s very refreshing to see especially with how crazy everything is in the world right now. We were allowed to sample product and the things we purchased were checked to make sure they worked before we left the store. I will definitely be sure to visit every time I am out in California!

I called today 09/25/21 at 6:27 pm to ask a question and whoever the guy was working today answered the phone so kindly, I don’t usually write reviews but in this case he showed me a great amount of help and I feel he should receive a bonus for his outstanding customer service. He’s awesome I love this store because each time I go in the guy always is so friendly and helpful!

Theater is nice but kinda odd how some people get to stay all day without paying again. Maybe do a ticket check, they know who is always overstaying. Get that money from him just saying.

If I was able to give 20 stars, I would!!! The staff was not only fun, but extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain the products in great detail. I was able to leave with items I am so excited to use!!! Alexandria, Dan and Maria are AMAZING!!!

I have never been to a adult store, Alexandria was very sweet and helpful. She walked around with me for a little bit and answered all my questions. It was a very nice experience, and I will be telling my friends about Suzies in Stockton!

I love this place. I can come here and they have everything I need for all desires. I would absolutely recommend this location. Friendly customer service and helpful staff. They make you feel so comfortable about something so taboo.

walked in, i had great customer service. i had so much explanation and was sold right away. i even brought another friend in a few hours later to purchase another item. i will be definitely be coming back.

I went in 2 get a friend something for her bachelorette party and found that there is something in store for EVERYONE. Great prices. The employees were patient and available for all of my questions. Cj at the Stockton location was very helpful. He put the icing on the cake

Lovely staff! Always have been helped when shopping, very informative. And nice and clean the store is. I don’t believe in ordering toys online anymore, have before and they came broken, I’d rather spend a little more and make sure it’s 100% REAL! amazon/eBay they can sell fake toys, these are going into your body! Treat it right !

Ceejay was so helpful for me and my friend today. We were confused on what toys to get and he took his time with us and really gave us the best experience.
