Monarch Chophouse

I am not afraid to spend money for a good meal. This was money well spent. I took my wife here for her birthday, and they did not disappoint. From the first bite to the last, this was an incredible meal. As a chef I recognize the talent at this restaurant. Our waiter Chad was beyond good, and I can tell you the staff were very well organized. I'll be back without a doubt.

My friend has a vaca house in Black Hawk. Not sure I'd have ventured out that way otherwise as gambling isn't really my vibe but my co-diner heard this place was fire and it didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the sea bass and the 8 oz filet and were super impressed by both! The flavor was on point and the ambiance was upscale. An eclectic crowd of sorts, would recommend.

My wife and I had dinner at the Chophouse tonight, and we couldn’t be more happy. We have been before and it was amazing, but tonight really took it to another level. We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Danny and Tyler, who were probably some of the most hospitable bartenders I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. They were engaging, attentive, and very knowledgeable about anything we had questions about. The Chophouse restaurant should be extremely proud of these two amazing employees. Thank you for providing a wonderful evening for myself and my wife.

The chophouse at the Monarch casino is a wonderful escape after a day of hitting the craps tables or slots. from the moment you enter to the last bite of your dessert this is a world class steakhouse and bar with something more to offer other than the typical selection of dry aged steaks.
I started the evening with a smoked old fashion not only was the cocktail To die for, the presentation was over the top… in a good way. We tried the oysters served on a bed of traditional and dry ice witch again was striking, large and meaty with a satisfying texture they were truly sublime.
I then chose the iberico ham which did not disappoint… salty and savory cooked to perfection with a small side of scratch made whipped horseradish au gratin potatoes and asparagus.
My wife chose the wonderful steak Diane which was prepared tableside along with a traditional Caesar salad again served table side. there’s just something about traditional steak Diane prepared in front of you that really makes the evening shine.
I believe our friends had the crabcakes which although I did not sample looked wonderful. The atmosphere and design is in keeping with a steakhouse of this magnitude and while some may consider meals of this nature to be ostentatious… I can’t think of many things better than a wonderful steak dinner with the people you love in a classy and maturely tasteful setting. Again everyone from the maître d’ to the bartender to our server were professional ,knowledgeable and acted with impeccable grace and professionalism. If I had one comment to make, it would be please do not change a single thing.

We were recently treated to dinner at Chophouse by Monarch Casino. Our meal was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend dinner here.

This was an amazing experience! The staff was extremely polite and every bite of food was so decadent. The wine went so well with our surf n turf. The chef is a true genius. I highly recommend the black truffle man n cheese. It's the best I've ever had.

We went for our anniversary dinner. Everything was perfect service. Wine/drink selection. Food
The oysters where amazing. Sharables where huge portions. The curry soup so so good they even spilt it for us to share. Brussels where good. The Ribey and scallops also amazing.
They sent us home with desserts and a rise.
Definitely will be going again the service and food where hands down the best that we have had in colorado since before co vid.

Absolutely the best meal! We were celebrating and this dinner will definitely be remembered. Eric our server was outstanding, funny, attentive and the food was absolutely the best. We had the bison carpaccio and the lobster cake to start and it was seriously some of the best appetizers we have ever had in the States. Hubby got the Wagyu beef and he loved every oz. It was so buttery and perfectly seasoned. Definitely going back and again thanks from our hearts to Eric for making this dinner an experience we’ll remember.

We had reservations for our anniversary here and cannot recommend it enough. The atmosphere was wonderful and food amazing. We ordered an Caesar salad which to our surprise was made in front of us with fresh ingredients and the explanation from the waiter as he made it. Such a treat!

The seabass was to die for and the whole meal was the perfect celebration. If you are a bourbon drinker, the smoked old fashion is a must as well.

Absolutely AMAZING! Best fine dining in Blackhawk!

We decided to go here last minute on a Saturday night and the place was full and no reservations left. We decided to get a drink in the lounge and wait for a seats at the bar to open up.

While waiting in the lounge we had amazing service and delicious cocktails. Definitely try the smoked old fashioned and Mr. Papagiorgio!

There was a last minute cancellation and they so generously gave us the table. Thanks Stewart!

The food was absolutely incredible. We started with the prosciutto wrapped scallops and bison carpaccio. The roasted beet salad was good but it was the only item that didn’t blow us away. The table side Caesar salad and table side Steak Diane were both amazing to watch and delicious to eat! The scallop entrée with the butternut squash is a flavor explosion in your mouth. French onion soup is to die for. If you get anything, get the soup!!

Carrie and David are Amazing my cousin and I had the best meal of our lives we enjoyed a Tomahawk 32 oz, crab cakes, A5 Wagu 4 oz, N/Y strip 16 oz and more ! We were also blessed with a liquor tasting , that was absolutely wonderful! Which led to even more pleasant drinks . We left Happy talking about how nothing else has never compared to what we just enjoyed !

Absolutely the best meal we've had in long time. For being on the main floor of a busy casino, the atmosphere was calm, quiet and romantic. The service from all, from start to finsh, was impecable. The food was utter perfection. Cannot recommend enough. And if you're lucky enough to be presented with a chocolate cookie at the close of your meal, do NOT pass it up.

Our meal included the Bison Carpaccio for a starter; which was delicious. Main course included perfectly cooked Filet and Bone in Ribeye with Baked potatoe and Spinach. Lastly was extraordinarily delicious creme Brule and chocolate mousse.

Excellent food and service. Very extensive wine list and great cocktails. Table side caeser salad, steak Diane, and gelato are all delicious and a wonderful experience. I've tried several dishes here and have never need disappointed. Everything is fresh, well prepared, and perfectly portioned. The amuse bouche is always a delight. The artisan cheese platter is amazing and well worth trying. I have tried the bison short ribs, land chops, and steak diane for entrees and can't wait to try more! The sides are enough to serve at least two people, my favorite is the lobster truffle mac and cheese which is almost enough to be a meal itself. It's very rich and has huge chunks of lobster! Don't forget to save room for dessert, the -321° gelato is fantastic no matter the flavor they have that day! Sending you home with a piece of cinnamon coffee cake is also a great way to end your experience here. I'll be back again this weekend!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE, TOP NOTCH FOOD! As a chef it's hard to find QUALITY food and QUALITY service! This place was amazing! Delicious food table side Ceaser Salad! Delicious wine and cocktails! Our server CHAD WAS AMAZING PROMT, FAST, EFFICIENT, FREINDLY, AND COURTEOUS! AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. We will definitely come back for a date night! 5 star everything!

Tyler and Tristan behind the bar have been truly fantastic, every time we have stepped in. They truly need more space to show their skill and ability and to accommodate the crowd. Nevertheless, the drinks are on point with the extra kind touch that is expected.

The Grand Centurian is a must-try for the Old Fashion fans.

Mr. Cary was most accommodating and kind as the maître d. Dan has been a delight as he gets on board, we were lucky to enjoy his very first day!

The Wagyu is phenomenal and exceeded expectations.

This is my new favorite steakhouse, the aged strip was cooked.perfectly, the sea bass was amazing. The drinks,.spot on. But TBH the service is what knocked it out of the park, Eric was amazing, if he's working, ask for him.

Absolutely amazing! It was me and the wife’s anniversary and they treated us so amazing. We’ve been to several fine dining spots in Vegas. This definitely took the cake, price was amazing plus the service and food was spectacular. Our server was named Chad if I’m not mistaken, amazing kind heated human.
