Residence Inn by Marriott Stockton

Fabulous! Where do I begin. The staff starting with Isadora who made my life so much easier. Traveling with dogs can be challenging but she made it seamless. The front desk guys were amazingly tolerant with me locking myself out. Even the maintenance people greeted me with a smile and hello. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast
I’d live there if I could.

I’ve stay here for 6 mos and 3mos for work in the area. I have always felt safe, the suite was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and personable. It has a nice pool, outdoor jacuzzi and a nice area to grill and sit by a fire pit. It’s also located in a quiet area of the city.

We got the 2 bd and it was perfect! We’re willing to pay for another night however, the room was unavailable for the second night. Prices are a little higher than The Courtyard next door, but it’s worth the extra. Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, but you get a full kitchen with your room. Check out is at noon, so that was wonderful.

I am an 88 year old woman recovering from hip surgery. My aptment was flooded and I was relocated here. It's so quiet and the bed is wonderful. I enjoy the little kitchen because it's easier with a walker. I have been treated so graciously that I wish I could stay here. I haven't tried the free breakfast because I think it might be awkward for me but I hear it's great. Thanks everyone. I'll be here 2 more weeks.

Rooms are beautiful and each is a mini apartment. Staff does a great job. Breakfast is a lot better than other hotels I have stayed at.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived, but I was offered a beverage from the market while I waited. The rooms are spacious and the area is very quiet. Late check-out was requested and honored. Very nice staff. Get to the breakfast early, the serving trays don't keep the heat and the food was cold by 9:15 on Sunday

Judith at Registration is such a nice lady and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was probably the best one I've had at a hotel for free. So many choices and everything tasted great. The location is perfect for what we needed. Thank you for a great stay in Stockton.

Excellent location. Hidden gem from the city of the Stockton. Excellent customer service. Pleasant and modern looking rooms. Plenty of suites and studios to choose from. Prices are more steep than other hotels but it's worth every dollar. Free breakfast, parking and wifi. You usually have to pay extra at other hotels at this level. 5 stars.

We had some issues regarding billing, the staff did a wonderful job handling our concerns and issues. We couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for their empathy and clear communication throughout the process. I applaud the staff and management for their professionalism, interpersonal skills, and empathy.

We had the best stay on our way to Oregon. They do special little touches that we noticed like popcorn in the room and a Scrub Daddy sponge 😀
The room was so clean and I loved the extra touches to ensure sanitization. Also loved that there were hand sanitizer stations at main points. Breakfast was easy to grab and go.
We loved it so much we stayed here again on our way back!

When ever we are in town visiting family, this is where we like to stay... safe , clean, quiet and upscale feeling... Breakfast and gym are a bonus! .. Was pleased to see healthy choices on the breakfast bar.. The employees were sweet and friendly, and seemed to really enjoy their job...Thank you for an enjoyable stay!!! We will be back! Just checked in a couple hours ago, but o find that the staff is kind and accommodating. So very pleased with my suite. Would recommend to anyone I know or don't know to stay here at least once in your life an experience you won't soon forget. My Mom and her Old timers club stayed here a few heard ago and she raved about this place.

One of the best away from home experience! Very attentive staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Very nice place to stay, rooms are very clean even got an upgrade without asking the staff was exceptional. Parking was a little tight do to upgrading the rooms but made it work. If we are ever back in Stockton definitely would stay at this place again.

Service was EXCELLENT as usual... we were checked in by Nicole I hope that's her name. I have worked in customer service for years so she was superb in building rapport and also going beyond her job description to make my daughter and husband feel at ease. It was Sunday May 19th and Stockton had one of the biggest storms I've ever seen in the past two decades we've lived here. And although we had no flooding like other neighborhoods the electricity flickered way too many times for comfort. So choosing to check into Residence Inn Marriot was the only way to stay warm and worried free 👍🏼 will definitely come back

Julian, at the Stockton, CA location is the man! His customer service is absolute in greatness. Seriously, you should model your training after him. He goes above the call and does it with a genuinely interested smile. I'm a learning and development leader, specializing in customer facing content and he exudes what I teach.

The grounds and building are very nice and the bed is super comfy. I'm a fan of Residence Inns everywhere I travel, but this one is the best hotel in Stockton, which is where I'm staying right now.

My room at this hotel was one of the largest I've had at any hotel that I've been a guest of.
The room was near the size and configuration of a standard studio apartment.
Even came with a 15.0 cubic foot refrigerator freezer, large microwave oven, electric cooktop and pantry; and a 50" LCD 1080P television with stereo audio which had multiple HDMI INPUT connectors so I could easily connect and use my MICRO FORM FACTOR PC, LAPTOP and TABLET for viewing and listening to my own personal choice of audio/video entertainment. And the Wi-Fi was excellent for any hotel, motel holiday inn... a blistering 90MBPS DOWNLOAD x 90MBPS UPLOAD, so no problem web surfing, browsing and streaming all day and all night!
And their house cleaning staff actually cleaned the rooms every day without having to be asked to do so!
So if I could, I would give this establishment a well earned "10 **********" Stars!!!

Very spacious and clean rooms. I was upgraded to a two bedroom which was more than I needed but having a full refrigerator and separate living space would be a great feature with multiple people or a family staying together.

“Quick work trip”
Great location, very friendly staff. I arrived after a long day of travel to find a complementary taco bar & drinks!!! They also have a local dog celebrity named flash, who was a delight. Work trips can be so boring, will absolutely come back and would strongly recommend.
